Breakfast was great many choices 😋 and yummy. The location is great walking distance from down town but not in winter. Snow everywhere and very slippery cuz the side walk are covered in snow and iced Hotel is super nice and rooms are confortable and huge. C Climate pool is wow specially after being all day outside in winter.

My husband didn't like the food in the restaurant, he went to have dinner with my daughter. I got room service (cesar salad) Other thing that I did not like at all is they don't provided ropes to go to the pool and come back to the room. That is something I expected because is cold 🥶 u are not gonna go there in bikini cuz needs to through the hotel and in the middle of the restaurant. So that is a must here .

Hotel location is up on the hill about 7 minutes walk downhill into town. Easy walk and nice to be up high with a view over the town. Nice professional hotel with staff that speak English very well. Beds were good. Pillows very soft would be my only negative. Restaurant has great food at good prices. A nice variety of choices, instead of the usual hamburgers, sandwiches and pizza's everywhere else.

I loved the hotel, it included a swimming pool and a play room. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and flexible.

The restaurant for dinner wasn’t great. The food was average. Also the location is not the best because it is quite a walking distance from the centre.

The room was clean and tidy, The hotel staff was kind, they spoke English and answered every question with joy, The breakfast was varied and delicious!

It is a nice hotel in an area that doesn't specialize in those things. I would return again, overall a very pleasant experience and close to all the action downtown

No AC but none of the hotels in Southern Argentina seem to offer that

Great and cosy hotel in El Calafate. The rooms were comfy and big with a staff super welcoming and spot on. The swimming pool is very nice to enjoy a chill time with the kids after visiting the city or the Perito Moreno. Would definitely recommend this hotel 😊

Beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms, nice breakfast buffet and pool was highly appreciated by my children.

Water in the pool was literally too hot to enjoy a long swim (never thought i would say this either).

A very nice hotel that also offers free breakfast. It has a pool and spa. It's close to the airport but a few blocks from the 'center'/downtown area which is the happening place. Rooms were very comfortable, attentive staff, and a pretty good restaurant.

It's away from the center of town. You can walk if you feel up to it, and a 5 minute ride in taxi.
