The view!!! From lobby and restaurant is fantastic. It is and you pay for a 3star hotel, but it is much better than that! The breakfast is Argentine, but all dinners were excellent! And vert reasonably priced!

Well, the gym ... I explained what was wrong with it and the answer was - well, expected - there maintenance people are based in Buenos Aires. But you are not going to Patagonia to spend your time in the gym, right?

The staff were friendly and always happy to help. The wifi was good as were the facilities. The room spacious and clean. We had a few meals in the restaurant other than breakfast and they were very good. The hotel is located within walking distance of the town cafes and restaurants but is in a very quiet location. There were plenty of options for breakfast although I would have liked a few more sugar free options.

Breakfast selection could have been better for my tastes although most people were happy. I would have appreciated some plain muesli or similar but appreciate that may be difficult to get in this location.

lovely common areas. nice rooms IFF you dont get the ones facing the major road that runs behind the highway. room 215 was horribly noisy.

room 215 and ones near it are a nightmare, probably same for lower floor rooms, because very close to road with motorcycles and trucks thundering past all night

Breakfast was not good enough. Cold eggs. Poor pastry. Few fruits.

The property is very nice and well located. The rooms are nice, clean and well kept. I had a lovely stay and it is great value for money.

Don’t count on the gym (not a real gym and no yoga mat) and the breakfast is very basic.

Breakfast was very good but they have a strict rule not to take anything from the breakfast area. if I prefer to drink my coffee in the lobby it's not allowed.

The hotel truly exceeded our expectation. Service was outstanding, breakfast excellent, spotless and spacious room with nice views of the garden and the lake and, last but not least, large and comfy bed. The hotel has charm and character
