The motel was very Central, Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast room service on last day was delicious.

There was a doorstop in front of the toilet, and I understand why ? to stop bathroom door banging into toilet. Unfortunately I also kept kicking my toes on it, when I turned to flush the toilet. The main bed had lumps in it, and went down on one side from everyone sitting on mattress, instead of using a chair. Plus being away from home, motel beds are never like your own, so some discomfort is always expected.

Perfect location, great room and toasty warm room , perfect for a winter night in Armidale. Close to town and easy to access with great parking. Comfortable beds and the room was lovely, clean and smelled fresh.

The motel is very clean and you cannot hear noise from other rooms, mine was extremely quiet. The motel is within walking distance to nice cafes, restaurants and the town centre. The room must be well insulated because it stayed warm throughout the night even though it was quite cold in Armidale when I travelled. My hosts were lovely, helpful and friendly. If I travelled to Armidale again I would book at Armidale Pines.

the manager & his wife were so helpful & friendly On arrival (which was about midday) I asked if we could leave our car in the carpark & will come back at 2pm to check in, the manager said we could book in straight away as our room was ready. Our room was lovely, with plenty of room and so clean & fresh. The heating & electric blanket worked a treat. The location was perfect, so close to pubs & restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Incredibly large room with plenty of space to move, spotlessly clean and quiet. The room service breakfasts were an unexpected bonus; piping hot perfect eggs at the time requested. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful.

A good motel in a perfect position close to restaurants, bars, pubs etc so can park the car and walk everywhere. Great to have opening windows with flyscreens, although we had one of only 2 rooms facing the road so there was a bit of traffic noise throughout the night (we booked late on a Saturday afternoon for Saturday night so can't complain).

Our room had a kitchenette in the bedroom and a separate lounge room with a single bed -- a bit weird but didn't affect our stay.

The motel was well placed in the Town of Armidale. For the 3 of us (2 adults and 1 child), we found the room well thought out/laid out with plenty of room. The bed was very comfortable. We had a TV in the bedroom and another TV in the lounge, so that took care of everyone's preferences what they wanted to watch and for how long. Very courteous and nice management.

The decor was little dated but the cleanliness made up for it.

Rooms are nice and big, new owner is very friendly. Great location for my work.

Staff were welcoming and made suggestions for places to eat locally. The room still exceeded expectations even after reading positive reviews about the size being generous. The space was excellent, and very clean. Location super central. Overall very comfortable stay

Not the cheapest, but happy to pay the price as opposed to some slightly cheaper options that offer a lot less.

Location was close to city centre, so it was very close to restaurants and super markets. There was enough parking. Room was very clean and neat, it had all the necessities. Beds were very good as well.

I like the parking slots numbered for rooms to avoid you have to park other side of the parking when you come from a day trip or night out.
