Easy to find. Very clean and nicely appointed room that comfortably fit the four of us. WiFi, TV etc were all very good. The staff were terrific. We were travelling from Canberra via Nowra, so were planning a later than normal arrival. Key was left in the door and clear instructions were given for the check-in process.

A true first world problem - the pillows were poor. That said, we had to really think hard to find a negative to answer this question.

The room had been recently renovated and painted. New TV, fridge, air con. Bed was comfortable. Large shower. Good water pressure and nearly instant hot water. Room was small but very clean. Quiet considering it is located just back from New England Highway. Each unit has individual parking. Good value for money. Close to town. A short drive to Armidale to north. Pleasant operators.

My only minor issue was the lock on the bathroom window was broken off.

All that was needed was there. China, cutlery and electrical appliances, to allow for most eating in requirements. As we were travelling south, it was just a matter of cpnt8nuing on the same road, very convenient.

The room was small, but the most was made of the space allowed. Perhaps it’s not a great idea to have smoking allowed outside the room as it can be detected inside. Suggest a designated smoking area away from rooms.

Check in was easy, the lady who I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. The most wonderful part was when we arrived the heating had been turned on and the electric blankets, which was amazing when arriving late with two kids and a tired family. Thankyou so much, it was great to be warm and cosy as soon as we arrived !the rooms were super clean and we had a great overnight stay , thankyou!

Location was excellent. Very convenient to local restaurants and services. I brought a laundry basket full of washed laundry and the Manager was very helpful when I had to use the clothes line and pegs. They were very accommodating and gave us some good advise about the local attractions. Although we were on the main road it was very quiet.

Our stay was too short

The host was lovely, the beds were fabulous, facilities were great. We enjoyed exploring some very close, interesting things in Uralla, like Thunderbolt's grave, and loved the food options in town. We actually brought takeaway back to our room because it was so comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet despite being located on the highway.

It was tricky to wash up and fill our water bottles in the basin...!

It was easy to find for a very weary traveller. Bed was good and bathroom appointments all there. I could make a good cuppa and was delighted to find all there that was needed to make myself breakfast if desired.

Just noisy neighbours who didn't think of other travellers. This was not the fault of the motel. I decided to give sleep up as a lost cause and left early.

Everything you want, clean & comphy, newly renovated Room 3. Committed mature couple running the Motel, always on hand and seen present helping staff manage cleaning rooms. Room was cleaned daily and coffee, tea, bickies, toot paper etc replaced daily over a five night stay while out exploring the many spots in and around Uralla. -4 Deg the first morning, no problem with the split system, cosy as! Bed comphy. Great price great location, a minute drive to servo and shops, noise not an issue. Definitely be back to this quirky tour of heritage proud people. McCrossins Mill! A MUST!!

Good all round.

The property is convenient to Uralla and has easy access. The room was clean and comfortable. Milk was offered on arrival. the welcome experience was friendly. The black out blinds work. The water pressure and temperature are perfect.

Nothing to complain about.

Excellent location and central to all the facilities and shops in Uralla. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The motel facilities meant our needs and even so its on a main highway, it was very quiet in the rooms. We will be going back there to stay again later this year.
