A lovely large room, comfortable beds and very quiet.There was both a table and chairs and lounge seating. We enjoyed our brief stop. We felt it was very good value and would recommend it.

We are an older couple and our issue was my fault......I should have checked beforehand ...our room was upstairs which necessitated carrying luggage up to the room. A member of staff offered help which was lovely but we declined as she had put us in a room close to the stairs and we could park the car close to the door so we managed.

Comfortable bed and spacious family room. Loved having a microwave and also a coffee pod machine. Room was clean and tidy. Motel is in an easy spot to get to on edge of town.

It's old and dated, small tv, some lights didnt work, and you can hear people in next room quite clearly. Having said that staff were very helpful and also advised that renovations are due to start soon. Would love to come back when the rooms are updated.

For the price the room was very spacious and modern. Exceeded expectations from other accommodations we had encountered. It was out of town a bit so was nice and quiet. The floors were heated for winter, which was lovely. The bathroom was good and the shower hot.

Could not access the car easily from the room, which made it a little more difficult when travelling with a 4 and 6 year old and all that entails.

The beds were comfortable with clean, crisp linen, the air con worked a treat and the room was spacious and clean. Parking was great and the location was convenient.

The shower head height was too low (chest height on my 5’8” son) and the shower head function was not great. We couldn’t change it from where it was set on a single stream to a more shower-like spray. The fridge door seal didn’t keep the door closed so the fridge was not cold.

Rooms were clean had booked two rooms they tried to keep us close together which was good provided us with more tea/sugar when asked also allowed us to check out bit later due to rainy weather and hsving to wait around

Had a lot of trouble with the heater to keep our room warm as it was freezing. Would have been great to have a toaster in the room we were lucky as the room my son was in had a microwave as the restraunt was not up and running we had to order takeaway

Location was fantastic. We were able to go for walks from the motel and what a lovely city to explore on foot. Room was a great size with plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits. Room for parking in front of our room and we asked for a ground level room before hand which was very handy for us. Room was also nic3 and warm and plenty of hot water when showered.

Room and bathroom spacious. Very grateful for the complimentary laundry facilities onsite.

The coin operated dryer was out of order so a sign to this effect would have been helpful. Another dryer had washing from housekeeping which we emptied and after some difficulty managed to operate.

Big room, upstairs with a nice aspect, felt like an alpine lodge, well appointed, comfortable and included a coffee machine for a morning espresso.

Bed was a bit hard for my liking and on second night I could hear some talking through the wall but not too intrusive.

We managed to check in early although the staff was working hard setting up the rooms. beach towels provided for the pool, sauna and dip pool. rooms were clean and equipped with essentials.

Pool could do with a clean but still okay to have a dip.

The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The taps in the bathroom continually dripped despite, turn them off tight. The lights aren't very bright when you are trying to do work in the room
