Westside is the perfect location. Easy to find, had a free parking spot right outside the door, restaurants just a 1 minute walk away & very helpful staff to show you around your room. The room was very spacious and well designed, you have all the utilities you need, (microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, as well as towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms) the beds were very comfortable and the covers alone will keep you warm even on chilly nights. The room looked more like a home rather than a standard motel. Will stay again 10/10.

Got a room online at short notice and on arrival, had a warm and friendly greeting even though we checked in later than planned. Great cosy room with much more amenity than we needed including microwave, stove top, washer-dryer, small dining table. Aircon most welcome, great comfy bed and shower. Very quiet, with safe parking. Very good value and would stay again. Armidale is a beautiful town and worth spending time in and around.

Would have liked to have a security chain on the door of our room (an easy fix).

The locality to where we needed to be; the communication & reception we received from the management, Alvin; the extremely large, comfortable king size bed; kitchen, lounge & dining facilities; our little secluded outside area was lovely to sit in during the afternoon; how beautifully clean & well appointed the unit was; and the absolutely amazing shower!

Can not think of anything we didn’t like.

As we were not arriving until later in the night. The office staff were considerate enough to put the air con on to warm the room during winter, so we walked into a cozy comfortable room. The apartments are behind a shopping centre we found them considerable quiet and private over the long weekend.

There was parking however not enough.

Large, clean main room and bathroom. Nice to have fully equipped kitchen and bathroom too. Alvin (proprty manager) was very friendly and helpful.

Full-sized refrigerator in the main room was a bit noisy when it kicked in. Ended up turning it off overnight. Bit of a dodgey neighbourhood, but lots of CCTV video cameras in the carpark and entrance foyer was reassurring.

Everything! We were cheerfully greeted at the door, shown around own little studio accommodation and provided with local insight of the best places to eat in town. Very well equipped and exceptionally clean accommodation. Perfect!

Everything was perfect!

We understand why reviews said this apartment was reminiscent of student digs. To us this was such a bonus because the apartment had many homey touches which we thought made it far superior to some of the others we have stayed in recently which are so stripped back that they have no warmth and virtually none of the kitchen utensils we really really need. Alvin was very helpful.

It was a bit of an out of the way location in relation to the city centre but handy to shops and cafes, and closer to the Uni than the city centre is.

The manager has turned on the air con for us. So, the room was warm when we arrived. It's a surprise after a long drive. Bed is comfy. The room is bit small but well furnished. Great value for money. we will be back.

The studio apartment was large and newly fitted out with a lot of appliances. Very clean. Friendly staff.

Did not have breakfast. location was a little confusing in finding. Security was great, as was the parking.

The apartment was soundproof ( lovely ) No windows ( fine ) with a skylight ( problem was we did not get instructions on how to open the blind ) hence we slept in.
