The location was great. There was an excellent cafe at Mark's Point a few blocks away, and the motel was within easy walking distance to the lake. I was surprised and delighted to find my bed had been made and fresh towels provided when I came back after walking my dog. During a 2-night stay this was unexpected. The manager was very accommodating. He let me check in an hour or so early. The grounds were very well maintained.

The location was good midway between Belmont and Swansea. local facilities around including a bowling club, golf club across the road neither did food on the Monday there is a pet friendly pub about 1.5kms away The Orana, excellent facility great food and large premises recommended. There is a small shopping-Centre around 1.5km away as well. Overall enjoyable pool is nice and not too deep.

The check in was fine but local knowledge was lacking on querying recommendations none of these places above were mentioned when we queried local places to eat. The 16 footer was mentioned further into town nice place and well recommended. But support the locals is a good thing.

The room was nice and big. Plenty of room for a family. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had great pressure. The lady checking us in was lovely and helpful. There was parking right outside the room. Didn't use the pool, but it did look lovely.

The location to get out of was a little annoying.

The room was clean and had everything we needed even though some of it was a little jaded. There were shampoo and conditioners but only hard soap not body wash. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had obviously been renovated.

Absence of Liquid soap and body wash. Choice of tea or coffee a bit limited (there was no decaf). Key card didn't work so we were given a manual code on a bit of paper.

Great location for the event I was attending.

I had no complaints about the property however the bathroom fan seemed overly noisy and may be in need of a slight adjustment. It also took a few minutes for warm tap water to come through - but this happens with some pipes being a distance from the source of hot water and it certainly didn’t disappoint when it arrived.

It was not new but very clean. A great point was Pet-friendly with a reasonable additional charge. Entirely Well organised and responsive. It is located next to a big road, but the room faces the other direction. So no noise. I felt that the room was a bit compact for us (family with two big kids and a dog). Still the price was reasonable, compared to others. For one night, not a big problem. Everything was satisfying enough.

Very easy check in, the owner left the key ready for a late arrival, afforded me the time for a chat, lots of good facilities within the room, comfortable bed, no noise from the highway (and I’m a light sleeper), friendly service, all ground level, wifi worked fine, TV is a Smart TV and parking near the rooms. There’s a 7-eleven store within 100m walk. All up a worthwhile stay for the night I’m glad I drove that extra 10mins.

The owners/ management have a good focus on community and the environment. There was a recycling bin in the room which you don't often see in a motel room. The shampoos and soap were made by a local Australian company and the cookies in the room were from a social enterprise, that assisted people with a disability. I thought these all were great initiatives. Congratulations!

Friendly staff, Pet friendly, obviously frequently used by pet owners also in residence at same time.

We booked a family room for 4 adults & dog - room was cramped but we had not asked if there was a bigger room available and we were only staying one night, We would be happy to stay there again, preferably in a bigger room.

Clean,comfortable and in a good location. We loved being able to bring our dog with us on holiday and he loved meeting other dogs staying. Managers were friendly and let us check in early Easy walk to Marks Point and dog friendly beaches Hams and Redhead are close to accommodation by car.
