Room was a bit dusty/stuffy when arriving. Runnung the air con/heater caused both our allergies to flare up over night. Sheets felt a bit scratchy/itchy (I am more sensitive to this though, as I have sensory sensitivies) The air con probably needs deep cleaning of the filter. Cupbaords were a bit dusty when I opened them. Shower head was too close to the wall. Making it difficult to shower comfortably. No lifts - I have pulled a muscle in my shoulder dragging heavy suitcases up the stairs. Also have a bad knee, so this was very difficult. Didn't get the option when booking to select a ground floor room (booking.com problem, not a hotel problem as such)

Location was really convenient. Bed really comfortable and the breakfast bar loved that it was included in my booking.

Microwave would be nice in the rooms too warm up leftovers. Bathroom wasn’t really cleaned as there were hairs still on the sink from someone shaving and in the showers. Nights you can hear anyone that comes in and out through the parking lot chilling and what not outside need strong sound proof windows so we don’t hear any dealing conversations.

The reception was so impressesive with Rick as the receptionist. He was hospitable, considerate and responsive. The recption is the face and the start of good or bad experience of the guests wh come fram afar and need rest. Rick is examplary in his manner and conduct that help elevate the image of the accommodation, and leave lasting good experience og the guests. We consider lucky to be welcomed by Rick in our future stay, and would motivate us to book this accommodation again.

Minor things need attended to enhance the experience of guests entering the room, such as the wooden window curtain, full shampoo, gel and conditioner tubes etc...could be checked and provided in perfect condition.

Breakfast was delicious according to partner who did have it, and beds were nice to sleep on. Service was excellent and complimentary slippers, which was asked for, were available. Rooms were easy to access, decent privacy and not too noisy.

Slightly far from main transport hub so it was not as favourable for taxis to drive to, no spare toilet rolls placed inside room, no available power points closer to or beside the bed, only away from the bed. Spare couch in room had a large stain which was almost unnoticed, would have been best if couch was covered or replaced entirely if possible.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was nice and clean. Plenty of room to move around in. Everything you needed in the room was there. Breakfast was included in the price.

About 5:30 am it starts to get very noisy with delivery trucks coming in so it wakes you up. For breakfast cereal it would of been nice to have the choice of rice bubbles, cornflakes or weetbix.

The towel rail (room 130)in the bathroom was broken so every time I went to take the towel, the rail fell on the floor, at one stage took a piece out of my finger causing me to bleed. Other than that, the upgrade from my original room was very well appreciated. This was a result of the check-in clerk putting me in a room that was already occupied. To unlock the door, and walk into a room that is already occupied was rather embarrassing.

A couple of plantation Shutter blades missing.room 122. And as we were downstairs light shone in through it. Hard to sleep during daytime. I was there 3 weeks ago. I had the same room too. That was the problem too. So repair wasn't done to rectify that

Every day, we went out, and when we returned, we found our room had been replenished with towels and bottled water, and our rubbish bins emptied.

Can't deny the room was older than I thought, but there was nothing wrong with it..

Bed was really comfortable and firm. Room was big, plenty of room for bags and a few chairs. Slats on Windows enabled us to block out sunlight.

Lounge was hard and uncomfortable. There was periodically a low mechanical or vehicle sound that made the room vibrate. It would come and go. Unable to ascertain its source.

We enjoyed our stay at Ramada. The staff is very friendly, especially the restaurant staff. The room and bathroom were clean, shower was great too. Parking right at the doorstep.

Breakfast was good but we got bored having the same breakfast every day. Alternating menus would have been nice.
