The staff at Bankstown Hotel ( the 3 that we dealt with) were nothing but amazing. Josh was so accommodating from the first telephone conversation about parking and in regards to leaving our bags with him while we did what we needed to do, he checked us in a little earlier and gave us the only balcony room in the hotel. Josh carried our bags up the stairs to the room for us. Our stay was made more enjoyable and less stressful because of him. I would definitely recommend this place to stay as it is in walking distance to pretty much everything. Thanks again to your amazing staff on the 7th of September 2024.

We loved everything

Rooms were so fresh and super clean!!! Extremely well maintained and attended. Location was super central to all amenities in the area and the staff were incredibly helpful, pleasant and communicative! I also loved the ease of check in and check out plus the private accommodation entrance that gave me total control of my stay and freedom to come and go any time.

The only small thing was the lack of lift access with only a staircase and I had two big bags BUT honestly the staff were so helpful they carried my bags and assisted me anyway.

I love the location - near train station, near a mall, near grocery stores such as Coles, Aldi (even Kmart), near 7-11 and near coffee shops. I also like that it has an iron, aircondition and private bathroom. The room designed was as advertised, pleasant looking.

The cleaning service was not daily. We stayed a total of 8 nights and they only visited the room 3x. They replaced the water bottle, replaced towels and emptied the trash but cleaning was not entirely complete. The hair on the shower drain was not emptied and the floor was not vacuumed properly. No refill of toilet paper as well.

I stayed here because I went to a concert. This was the closest hotel to the Olympic Park with good reviews and under $400 a night. If I'm honest, I was bracing for a not so great experience, but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is really close to the train station, which was great as I needed to head to the airport early in the morning. The room itself was on the smaller side, but very quiet and clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was perfect for a stay as short as mine. The staff very quite nice during check-in and check-out was as easy as dropping the keys in a box.

Maybe I'm being judgemental, but the area the hotel is located in made me feel a bit uneasy. I did not experience anything out of the ordinary, but it just felt a bit dodgy.

Amazing room that is well air-conditioned and clean. Friendly staff. Good WI-FI speed. Good water pressure at the shower. Location is close to the major train station (Bankstown). Breakfast and lunch available at a cost at the pub.

The room was not housekept occasionally (probably it is a policy to have the room housekept on alternative days?), But it would be great if I can have my towels changed. And unfortunately there were no trains running at Bankstown the week I was there due to rail replacement.

The cleanliness and state of the place. Lovely decor and ambience.

There wasn’t great parking… that is the only thing. Oh and no breakfast. Although there are cafes nearby, there’s something ‘special’ and convenient about rolling out of bed and dragging yourself to the downstairs breakfast room for a good hotel breakfast. That you don’t have to think about it, and in this case I wouldn’t have to worry about moving my car either before parking zones kick in.

I am a complete hotel snob and needed to be near bankstown airport on a tight budget. I was completely blown away with the HIGH standard, luxury rooms, comfy quality beds, clean and new. Huge bathrooms that are stunning and Amazing value, AMAZING Staff, especially Taylor, she is a real asset, nothing was any trouble. T he location is brilliant, surrounded by fantastic food, RSL club, Bankstown Central, Supermarkets and the train station is less than a 5 minute walk, would ABSOLUTELY stay here again

The room was nicely renovated and a good size. The staff were very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The pub food down stairs was lovely. The bed was super comfortable.

We were on the second floor but could still hear all the traffic downstairs. Some noise cancelling windows would make a huge difference. We were there on a Monday night so it wasn't busy at the pub but it was stil noisy. Also there's no soap holder in the shower.

I only stayed for one night in the accommodation room, and my trip was a business trip. In the afternoon, when I checked in at 3 o'clock, it was very hot, and there was no air conditioning. The central cooling system was also not effective, and two hours after my arrival, it completely shut off. The windows didn't have screens and couldn't be opened. Apart from the heat, there were no other specific negative points.

The location is great. I didn't have breakfast as I was visiting my daughter and spending time with her. I did have main meals and they were lovely and well priced. I was visiting from Melbourne, a single woman alone, lots of different cultures, staying in, near or around the hotel I was perfectly fine. From the Manager, Josh and all other staff, including Eddie (Security) and Ashley the housekeeper. I was made welcome, treated well and it made my stay really enjoyable. First time staying in Bankstown, and I was pleasantly surprised, Thank you

I honestly couldn't say, apart from having to leave and return to Melbourne
