i stayed for 2 nights and it was perfect had everything i needed was a good size was close to shops places to eat bus/train etc if your staying multiple nights your room gets made up free of charge they also offered a free drink at the bar of your choice if you wanted was easy to check in you can before hand online to make it easier when you get there i liked that room service was a option if you wanted food /drinks to your room would definitely stay again

only issue i had was with the shower the temperature is hard to adjust its either you can get it to hot or to cold but that could of just been me and the room i was in but it wasn't anything big didnt effect overall

Good value for money, clean and modern room and bathroom. Soft and comfy bed. Onside parking outside with bright security lights. Bar/pub downstairs that makes great pizzas. Very friendly staff. Let us checkout at mid day with no extra fee. Would stay again no problem.

Check in at bar with different access to rooms, Have to go back outside to other entrance. Two ceiling light globes not working, toilet roll holder half hanging off. Hot water takes forever and big delay to adjust water temperature. No clock or hair dryer but still great value. Oh, only stairs, no lift so that is not great for those with mobility issues. Also have to carry luggage upstairs. Carpark via side street, not Hume Highway, had to go around the block.

This hotel is on the smaller side but was nice and quiet unlike the bigger chains. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating with our needs. It was a quick 4 minute walk from the Yagoona station. We were able to get straight to and from the airport on one direct train. One of the nice surprises was the complimentary water bottles and milk containers that were refilled in our fridge every day. As a family traveling with young children, it was a very delightful surprise! The hotel is 2 stories and doesn't have an elevator but the staff offered to carry our luggage upstairs so it's not an issue. Overall we were more than pleased and would definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel to anyone we know.

Nice and clean beds and linen. Newly renovated bathroom nice and spacious. Great location, close to train station and bus stops. Friendly and helpful staff. Good amenities. Bottle water provided every day. Daily room service. Free parking provided. Value for money.

We unfortunately found hair on two pillows when we arrived. There was also something sticky on the carpet but the rest was really clean. We were in the room at the top of the staircase so heard everyone coming and going. But we were at the back away from the busy road which I think was better. We got given 2 drink vouchers when we arrived but we put our stuff in the room, changed and left. Got back late and left early. We didn't get a chance to use them and were wondering if we could have taken the drinks with us? Carpark was only small and other area to park seemed unsafe to us. We actually had someone park next to us that wasn't a spot. Maybe make more lines for parking?

Clean rooms, modern bathroom with great shower, beds were comfortable although I`ve slept on better, quiet with good air-con. Good variety of takeaway food within walking distance or you can enjoy food and drink at the hotel (3 complimentary drinks for guests).

Had to lug two heavy suitcases up stairs but in saying that I wouldn`t expect a hotel of that size to have a lift so not complaining. One thing I would have liked to see was a small microwave for reheating food.

Size and comfort of rooms. Having a bar and restaurant on site. Close proximity to retail outlets and fast food.

Hotel guests are not informed that the entry to the hotel and the parking lot is accessed from the side street. Very inconvenient when a taxi drops you and your luggage off in the area between the hotel and the bottle shop next door at night on the Hume Highway. A far walk when one then has to find their way to the side street with luggage in tow !

My second time staying last time i stayed in room 1 for 2 nights staying for 1 night in a diffrent room [4] was just as good so no matter what room you get its just as good and worth the money you pay has everything you need im also glad there was little shower gels and bars of soap in the bathroom as i had forgotten mine its close to the train station and buses and also shops

The room and bathroom were very spacious. It was quiet from traffic noise. Parking available at the property.

The property is not disability friendly, my fault for not checking this clearly, and lots of stairs to manage. We had to enter a bar to check in, and for someone with social anxiety, this is very intimidating. The internal room walls were very dirty, and mould growing in the bathroom.

very clean. comfy bed. fridge had bottled water and was topped up every day. room service was very good, if we had do not disturb sign on they would leave a basket at the door with fresh towels, new water and new soap. got a free drink token per person when we booked. very close to train station.

shower was awful, no power in at at all, so difficult to wash hair with so little water. the temperature was hot though which was good.
