The hosts were very warm and welcoming. The room was well appointed with a microwave toaster kettle. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were modern and very clean. A premium range of toiletries was available. The location was excellent, within walking distance of restaurants, pubs and shops. Will definitely stay again if visiting Dubbo. Would highly recommend the Aberdeen to friends and family.

There were a few noisy guests staying at the same time as us. Luckily it was not for very long.

We made our own breakfast so a close sink would have helped but this is the age of the building and we could have just left dirty dishes but we rinsed them

As we travelled with our family for just 1 night, we were lucky to receive upgrade to larger family room. This was a nice surprise. Location was close to centre of Dubbo and easy to walk to from the Hotel.

The Pool area did look a little in need of a clean up / maintenance. There was some vegetation in the bottom of the pool from the palm tree/s. This would become more of an issue during the summer period if not attended to frequently.

Very good value for money. The motel is very spacious and clean and has all the amenities you need, including microwave, kettle (+coffee/tea/cups), hair dryer etc. I also really appreciate the bottled water that you get which is very useful as a traveler. The free WiFi is also very good and I've had no issues. I've stayed here twice now and each time has been great.

There is a door adjoining to the next room. It's okay, as it's locked on both sides, but as a solo traveler can be a little concerning. But I've had no issues each time I've stayed and the staff assured me that there are two doors (one for each adjoining room) which are each locked. I guess it is designed this way so that the rooms can connect for larger families that stay here.

The room was spacious, well-designed, and clean. There was also plenty of room in the bathroom, and there were no leaks. The beds were super comfortable. We especially loved the espresso machine. It was close to food and fuel, which made it simple and easy to get back on the road in the morning. The staff were very courteous and accommodating. Made checking in and out a breeze. Overall, it was great value for money. We will definitely be returning.

Spacious and clean room, all amenities (e.g. kettle, microwave, tea/coffee, TV, hair dryer). Free water and milk which is a bonus. I've stayed here 4 times now in the last 5 months. This place exceeds expectations. It is clean, spacious, comfortable, and has all the amenities. The free wifi is already very good and reliable. The reception staff/owners are friendly and the free bottled water is a bonus - it is very convenient. Walking distance to restaurants and town. Haven't used the pool but I'm sure it'll be nice

This is probably the best motel I used in Australia in recent times. The room was very clean, it had all the bathroom amenities we needed, and they were refreshed, the location is an easy walk to the river or Macquarie Street, and the wifi works well. It exceeds my expectations for accommodation in this category. There are plenty out there that charge more and deliver less.

We have stayed too many times to mention in Dubbo but compared to any other motel this is certainly the best we have encountered. The room was immaculate, everything super-clean and functional. Parking was close to the room and, despite a busy road nearby there was no noise. Staff were excellent and assisted immediately despite training staff members.

ASked for a late departure and the receptionist was very helpful in organizing it- no trouble at all, As well the day was very hot but they handed out pool towels with every check in if asked so people could use the pool immediately. I thought the staff were excellent

No basic eating utensils , knife, fork etc . Even one set of cheap ones would have been useful.

My favourite place to stay in town, I go back to visit family often and just feel this place is elevated. The place is comfy, staff are kind and the rooms are beautiful. Close to town, food, shops. When I go back to stay when visiting, always first option is here.

You are near the highway and can some times hear cars, but overall the great experience of this place overshadows that.
