For us the location was perfect to visit family, although there is some noise from the road, this lessens at night. The beds are very comfy and the kitchenette a bonus. The bathroom included a bath. Our room was large and included a sofa to sit on. If the weather was better we could have enjoyed the small private courtyard as well. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly.

There was nothing we didn't like.

It was right next to the oval that my daughter was playing football at and the day was cold and wet & to come home to a nice clean room and the bed having electric blankets was a bonus. And having plates and bowls allowed us to eat in the room after a long day and not have to go out in the cold and rain again.

The bed was a little uncomfortable for my preference and no fan in the bathroom meant we had to open the window which was freezing.

The staff, especially Aleisha, was so good to us, found us a room on short notice, fixed up a problem we had all with a bright smile on her face, nothing was a problem, thank you so much Aleisha, you have a great personality. The staff in the restaurant were also so lovely to us, our meals on both nights in the restaurant were amazing, cleaning staff in the morning were very bright and happily restocked our room for us.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food in the restaurant was amazing and I loved having a place on the ground floor. The unit was quite spacious and very clean.

Not sure if there was anything I didn't like.. I'd most likely come back to this place.

Location was good. We wanted to be near family.

I was surprised to see a bath rather than a shower. I could not access the bath, but the staff had handrails fitted so I could access the shower over the bath. We had problems with the aircon for the dining room rather noisely cutting in and out all night and the staff happily moved us to another room and added rails to the bathroom so I could access the shower there. Staff were very happy and friendly.

After reading so many bad reviews about this motel we were thrilled to find that it didn’t live up to the bad reviews. The room was dated but very clean and we could see that the motel is on the way up again. The staff were friendly and helpful. We spent an enjoyable evening in the restaurant where the food was yummy and the service warm and friendly. The bacon and egg rolls for breakfast were delicious.

Room was quite large and had microwave, plates & cutlery, plus table and lounge. New carpet, comfy new mattresses and fresh linen. Could not hear any of the neighbours.

Windy night and the front door and screen rattled but easily temp fixed with cardboard into the gap. could be fixed with door seal added.

Close to family we were visiting. Lovely reception staff, easy to find. Good amount of parking. Wifi was very good. Bed was ok little hard but that’s my preference and we brought our own pillows. Got a good sleep. Rooms cleaned. Nice size rooms.

On arrival, noticed motel was on a busy road, was pleasantly supprised with the quietness of the room. Also loved the layout of the room and also the balcony ( although we didn't use it)

Personal prefferance the bed was i little low

Great location, rooms were great, value for money and great service. I was there 1 night only but wished I'd stayer longer It was raining so I did not get to use the pool, but it looked so clean and inviting
