George was most accomadating when we wished to upgrade our room & the service lady was very kind to return my Gingerbread man Pajamas I left in the 1st room. Magnificent view over the Entrance, surpurb location in the heart of everything.

We didn't have any rigid plans for our holiday, and stayed at Nesuto after booking a studio apartment online, we decided the next day to book another night and the room we were in was already booked. The manager very kindly rebooked and upgraded us to a 1 bedroom apartment on the 6th floor, the apartment was very nice and so spacious and a huge balcony with fantastic water views. We are extremely grateful for the upgrade and the staff were very obliging and polite, the complex is close to the water and all of the shops and eateries are in walking distance if you don't want use the apartment facilities which have everything. We highly recommend this accommodation thank you for a pleasant stay.

1. My son did have covid simptimes therefore we waited for Doctor Clearance who said it is just flue and chest infection. Unfortunately we lost a day because reception said you booked with booking.com and they can not add or refund me. We tried contacting you via email and reception but you ignored us. Was upgraded to a two bedroom apartment with water views. I wasn’t told at the reception desk so it was a great surprise. Location very good. Beds comfortable and a very spacious apartment. Good washer and dryer a bonus. Great value for money.

Was situated near a fire door and lift. When people left the car park they let the door slam on their way to the lifts. Ok during the day but became very busy late at night with noisy people coming home after 12.30 am. Wouldn’t let that stop me from booking again though.

A few small things the toilet seat was not fixed properly and slipped from side to side every time you used it Concerns about the vent in the bathroom and the amount of dust on it blocking and preventing it from extracking the heat and moisture from the bathroom with showering and using the drier And not sure why they have Smart TV's and you can not use them , was not able to get internet and use smart channels such as Netflix, Kayo etc...other than that everything else was great

The Entrance has many uninterrupted water views and gets cool sea breezes. Our apartment faced east wonderful for sunrises and even though our stay coincided with several very hot days the apartment stayed cool. Our aircon was excellent but we didn't really need to use it. Apartment was larger than expected. Liked the layout. Appreciated the extra towels. Helpful and polite staff. The Entrance has a lot to offer visitors who are able to stay during the week. Think about choosing to eat at a different restaurant every night of your stay to help support local businesses. Try The Entrance Pub, Le Costa Italian or Preecha Thai. I booked a two bedroom self contained apartment. The beds are so comfortable and rooms and living space spacious, clean and had everything you need for a lovely stay. Very close to restaurants, stores, and entertainment. Great location for fishing and catching prawns at night time. Lots of parking. The cleaner Tim was such a lovely, helpful man and a as accommodating to our needs. He always said hello and was smiling when he see people made you feel welcomed.

I booked this room with the impression it over looked the Esplanade and water, booking.com appears to mislead alot when advertising, it's no fault of the hotel, it happens alot previously but I've never complained. The swimming pool was small and packed with lots of other guests and kids. The water looked green/yellow pee water, I was afraid to use it, so we didn't. They should renovate the pool area and make that space a bigger pool area. My room faced the next door hotel, the oaks pool, I was excited when I seen it but disappointed when I realised it was not the hotels pool 😄 Also the washing Machine and Dryer was so loud like an old broken down machine 🙃 Over all its a great hotel for a quick getaway and your not planning to stay indoors. I should have stayed here another night rather than go to Newcastle. Big studio apartment. Clean. Very comfortable bed. All facilities, even washer and dryer and great location. Free parking under cover. Great overall and great value.

Key setup a bit fiddly regarding the lift, o biggie and on the other hand we arrived late and picking up the key was easy out of a secure box. Much easier than most places in Australia that don't have evening reception (to use to Thailand). No other issues at all.

The room was large and had a kitchen. Everything we needed was supplied. Our balcony gave us a view of the lake so that we could watch the pelicans. The location was excellent being close to the main street, restaurants and attractions. The staff were friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble for them.

The lighting in the room could have been better and made it difficult to read at night.

The location was perfect, walking to shops and restaurants. The staff were excellent helpful and friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The TV was so small I felt like I was in a caravan. We tried to watch the World Cup soccer and it was so difficult to see the players properly. The air conditioner didn’t seem to work very well we put it on 30degs and the room as just warm. The apartment is not very well equipped if you were staying longer than one or 2 nights and you want to cook. Very basic.
