Breakfast was made to our request from suggested menu. Fruit was a little old but acceptable. Apple juice was strange, it seemed fizzy - perhaps kept too long. sausages were tasty.

If the host gave us our breakfast and did not hover around wanting to talk like we were friends or family. Really lovely people but they seemed lonely and glad to have company as we seemed to be the only guests. Respect peoples privacy!

Big room lots of light and views of the ocean. Good location not too far from local restaurants and beach front.

The couple running the place were still following strict Covid rules. This meant breakfast in our room each morning and the room was not serviced during out stay. Wish we had known if this before we arrived. Hot tub was not made available during our stay either.

The location was perfect. Good walking distance to the Town Centre. Ideal beachfront property to surf beach and outdoor public pool. Clean apartment. Perfect size for a family of 5.

The apartment is a little dated and could use a facelift with modern appliances, but everything worked and still very comfortable, It had everything we needed.

Basically across the street to the sea. Loved to walk on the timber promenade along the beach to the heart of The Entrance. Linda and John are very nice and accomodating elderly people, always ready for a chat.

It is a Bed and Breakfast with its own charm and charming old fashion hosts. Nothing fancy. But home made big breakfast. No wifi, but we shared a bottle of wine with John after dinner and it was good fun. Did not have time for the jaccuzzi, too busy chatting with our guests. So may not be for everybody taste, but we enjoyed our stay.

It’s was a great few days it was a very clean apartment had everything and the view was amazing the kids and I just loved it. The people were very lovely of lavender house and even the people in the building 😊

Only thing was it didn’t have wifi and the front off apartment but that was all..

We didn't get breakfast at the venue due to it being a beachside unit. The view was great and so was the spa. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. This place is perfect for a couple with older children who love the beach. The beach is straight across the road and all the dining venues are only walking distance away.

The only thing we didn't like was the people who were in the unit right beside us, they partied till 5 am in the morning which wasn't good considering that we went there to get some peace and quiet. I'm not sure if they are permanent residents but they didn't care about shouting and singing at the top of their voices.

The place close to everything and the people who runs it. Very quiet, clean, peaceful location. Perfect for those who are looking for a great rest. Perfect for mature couples.

The actual place doesn’t look like the photos on the website. The aircon wasn’t working properly, the temperature didn’t match.

The location of the appartment was fab, right at the beach, you could hear the waves from the balcony and see the sea/beach across the road. Linda and Jerry were very kind and helpful. The appartment was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if we are ever back in Australia.

Location excellent, hosts very helpful. Variety of breakfast. Nice to be able to open doors and windows and take advantage of sea breezes, instead of "hotel" air conditioning. Very comfortable bed and enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and all the facilities- crockery, microwave etc. Everything we needed.

Side street could be quite noisy with doors open- hoons driving up the street at all hours.

Our hosts were very friendly, and helpful. Linda went out of her way to cater to my food intolerances. She was exceptional. Breakfasts were excellent. Our room was large, had a great view over the water, and had a separate dining area within the room. Linda & John were taking all precautions against Covid, and made sure everyone was safe. The house is within walking distance to the town center. We didn't need our car unless we were travelling out of town. We would stay there again if we are in that area.
