Stayed in upstairs room with balcony which was spacious and had a nice view over lawn and pool area. The restaurant was excellent with great food. The cafe was good - a little pricey for the serving sizes but still okay. This is a great place to base if visiting the area. Staff were very friendly from reception to cleaners - and servers at the cafe and restaurant. Would stay again.

The air conditioner was not strong enough for the room size. The bathroom needed some minor maintenance - a squirting shower. I would like to see more eco-friendly delivery of soaps/shampoos instead of small individual plastic bottles.

Just got back from a great stay at Quarters! The staff were so welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. My room and bathroom were seriously spacious – I could have hosted a yoga class in there! And the beds are comfy. I'm definitely planning on coming back for another visit soon. Thanks for the awesome experience! The kids liked the pool and the Spa

Nothing Maybe the location is not too close to busy areas, but this is something I was fully aware of when I made the booking. It's just about 10 to 15 mins drive to the entrance and the beautiful beaches

The room was incredibly spacious. The bed was a dream— incredibly cozy, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. What truly made my stay exceptional, though, was the staff. They were always super helpful, providing recommendations and assistance with a smile. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I can’t wait to return!

I was staying near reception, was quite loud in the early morning with family and kids walking past and making noises.

Dear Quarters Ascend Forresters Beach, Thank you for having us !!! We had the most relaxing and enjoyable time celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary at your hotel. We’ve already recommended you to family and friends. Our room was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Our King bed was so comfortable !!! We had the added protection and privacy of your large lilli pilli tree to block the direct heat and sun from our room and verandah where we enjoyed a late wine and morning cuppa. Everything at the hotel was also really well maintained and freshly painted. Ben was extremely helpful both when we arrived and then after we left and had forgotten things in the fridge. We loved the resort style walk in pool and our brekky from the Pantry café was delicious. The hotel is in a great location, being very central to everything. We look forward to seeing you again soon !!!

There was nothing we didn't like

Staff was friendly, the facilities were clean and they clean the rooms daily and even restocked our little water bottles. The bathroom size is amazing and the pool area is a great space to relax. The shower pressure in the rooms is great too and they upgraded the TVs. The location is great if you are able to go around by car.

The aircon in our room wasn't really working. We requested the same room as last year but were placed in a different one despite their confirmation. This wasn't an issue that we felt like raising with reception but we will have to say the aircon worked less well. Nothing to do with the place but plan ahead your dinner as there are only 3 mediocre places around. The next area over is only a 10-min drive and it offers everything you need.

There were noisy girls carrying on outside but finally they went away I really wanted a spa but the time for opening says 9am when checkout time is 10am So i missed out on the spa which really did annoy me. Then she told me that she does not lock the pool at all so I could have gone and had that spa that I really wanted and was one of the reasons I stayed there. They should not be so inflexible with pool opening times as having a spa at 9 and checking out at 10 is too close when I was meeting someone for breakfast at 10am

Clean, comfortable, bright and airy - and private. Plenty of comfortable seating. Lovely, spacious grounds and pool area, with excellent gardens. The room opened out to undercover area (with table and chairs), and a private lawn, gazebo and garden. Very good cafe for breakfast. There’s a hairdresser, beautician and florist on-site, as well as a restaurant and the cafe.

A small thing: the front entry to our room was awkward and narrow in the rain, and right by the driveway.

Our room was large, clean and the decor was calm and relaxing. Along with a fridge, coffee making facilities we also a microwave. Our balcony overlooked the pool area. The gardens and grounds are beautiful with small huts with chairs and tables. We were able to have a family get together in the cool evening in one of these facilities. We also totally enjoyed breakfast at The Pantry, which is also on site. Thank you for a great week long stay.

Unfortunately due to staff issues no housekeeping one day and also none on our next day left sign out at 10 am they must have passed our room earlier and don’t pass back again ? Also think rooms should come with supply of plates, bowls for in room dining none at all , can request from reception for longer stays which is ridiculous why not just supply 2 of each. Especially since reception has limited hours.

The rooms were beautiful, clean and modern. The bathroom was huge. There were nice touches such as coffee pods for the coffee machine. The ground were beautifully maintained and lovely to spend time in. The pool area was great. Perfect for people of all ages because of the shallow section for younger children. Beautiful breakfast at ‘The Pantry’. There were lots of facilities on-site. I will definitely be back for another visit.

Asked for an early check-in (if available). My email from the Quarters also said speak to us if you require an early check-in. When I rang to request I was told 1:30pm, as it wouldn’t be fair to other guests. I travel regularly and stay all over our country. This is the first time I have ever received this response. It’s always ‘luck of the draw’ if they is no one is departing the room, this is usually an option. I requested a queen and 2 singles. When I rang to confirm I was told these were already taken. This was fine because of the people I was travelling with, however, this could have been an issue if I didn’t want to share with people I was staying with.
