It was very quiet and relaxing. The pool was amazing it was big and deep with teenagers it was perfect for a swim. I loved the spa very spacious and relaxing. Locations is very convenient as its close to shops and a few beautiful beaches. Will definitely miss Mitchell and his Mum they were very friendly and helpful made us feel very welcome and at home.

I didn’t like the fact that the shared kitchen, the bbq area and the spa got closed at 8pm when the staff went home. If the kids got hungry and needed to make them something it wasn’t convenient that the kitchen was locked and if we for got something in the kitchen fridge we couldn’t get to it until 8am the next morning. The sun was still out and we could enjoy a late bbq after the beach as the gas is turned off at 8pm. Some of the staff came across very dry or didn’t even talk to you at all not even a greeting.

The room was small but had all the necessities including coffee maker, toaster, towels, extra blankets, AC/ fan, individual allocated car parking etc. The common kitchen and laundry and swimming pool were small but sufficient for our needs. We were allowed to bring our pet for extra $25, so our family was happy. A little patio was a great place for us to have a simple brekkie in the morning, They allowed us to check in from 2pm which was a great relief after a long drive. The location was also very convenient only 400m from the famous long jetty and 2km from the city of Entrance. All in all, a good value for money !.

The electric stove in the common kitchen was quite old, and the largest hot plate was not working. The front door did not have a screen door to keep out flies and mozzies.

This is the home away from home motel. My room was really lovely, sleeping on a cloud, everything you would need is there. This place has the little things that make it home. A bookshelf with a couple of books, enough tea coffee etc for many. Complimentary milk was lovely, not the long life package stuff. Air freshener in the toilet, a big bathmat, just like home. I would recommend staying here, and if i need to stay at the entrance again, I will stay here

Only the stairs, but i was offered another room but stupidly did not accept, so that was my fault. There really was nothing i didnt like, the room and parking was perfect

The receptionist was excellent. Warm, attentive and went beyond what was required to help us. She also made us feel really comfortable having our dog with us.

We had a leak for the air conditioner which could not be fixed. Having said that, the manager and receptionist did all that they could to get it repaired but it was 6pm on a Saturday evening. Instead they temporarily diverted the leak and provided a bucket. They were very apologetic for not being able to provide us with another room, as they were fully booked.

The pool was wonderful for the kids. The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The room was just the right size and the fresh milk was an extra bonus. We enjoyed being able to walk to the RSL for dinner and not have to worry about either of us driving.

The bbq’s were not as good as we were expecting, a bit rusty. Also it would have been great to be able to access the back gate, making walking to the bay easier with kids rather than having to go out on a main road.

The Jetty Motel was excellent! We were in the area for a State Basketball cup with our children and another family had accidentally booked at a very sub-standard hotel (where you wouldn't want kids to stay). When we told the manager, she tried to help us find alternative accommodation for the other family (everything was booked out!), so we had 7 in our room, and they brought us a fold out bed. There was no additional charge and they helped us out of a real bind. Awesome customer service, went above and beyond for us.

Good value for money. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Although the motel is quite old the rooms have been updated and had good air-conditioning, the bed was a little hard but ok. Linen was clean and nicely presented. Bathroom was very clean. The room had a kettle and microwave, and there was a separate guest kitchen and ironing area.

The bed could have been more comfortable, but it was ok.

Nothing - we highly recommend this pet-friendly motel. Cost was what you'd expect in a tourist town in the middle of school holidays

Very welcoming staff. Very helpful. First rate hospitality. There was a charger for our EV which wasn’t working at first. At one point we had the assistance of the owner and another staff member. Sheets were lovely. Towels plentiful. Little baskets with ammenities and biscuits on each bed.

Pillows were a bit hard and the bed a little too soft for our liking. I’m sure if we had asked we could have had the pillows changed.

We had a very comfortable and clean room, perfect location close to everything but not too close to tourist attractions, so not loud and crowded. We will be making a few trips back to the Entrance each year and will most definitely stay here again 😊

Needs a bit of a bedding update and more things like cutlery ect in the room so you don’t have to wander around looking for the communal guest kitchen, which is a bit weird having to share a kitchen with other guests.
