The location is great and very easily accessed via Public transport. Close to lots of places to eat out or to go for a drink. Just a short trip to the city centre. Check in was easy and professional, I had no issue with the swipe keys as others have noted. They performed the same as other similar keys I have used in the past. The room amenities were great with a basic but well equipped kitchenette with a microwave oven, full sized fridge/freezer, combined washing machine/ clothing dryer.

The street noise on the weekends can get a little loud until the wee hours, which can be a little annoying if you are not used to it. Being located just around the corner from one of Sydney's busier party districts can either be a blessing or a curse depending on what you are looking for from your stay. Most weeknights seemed to be quieter, but being located in the inner city you can still expect some traffic noises through the night and early morning.

The shutters which cover the balcony would not open so the dining area was always dark. Also, in the same area the light bulb flickered continuously, there was some dirt and grime in the corners of the floor areas.

It had everything we needed for the short stay! The kitchen was equipped with utensils. The bathroom was good sized, loved that we had a washing machine, super useful as we travelled across the world. The bed was comfortable and AC was working well. Our room had a lot of sunlight and air which we loved. The wifi also worked just fine - we had expected it to be much worse given the reviews. Close to the station and bus stops and restaurants.

Had to keep requesting for toiletries and tea coffee milk very frequently as they would only give a couple at a time. A little renovation in the apartments, esp carpet and furniture, would be good.

I was in room 23 on the 2nd floor, facing Kings Cross Road (opposite The Altair). It was a studio apartment with opening windows. The room had reverse cycle Aircon. Overall, the apartment was ok and suited my needs for the 2 weeks I was there. It was spacious, comfortable bed with airconditioning and opening windows. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure for a shower. Apartment serviced daily with fresh towels and toiletries.

Being in the middle of Kings Cross, the apartment is quite noisy but you have to expect that given it's location. The free WiFi was terrible. I managed to get a better connection and speed from Optus 4G, creating a hotspot from my phone to use my laptop. The combined washer/dryer was pretty useless. The washing machine was fine but the dryer takes over 2 hours to dry clothes...and they were still damp afterwards. Your best bet is to hang your clothes out on the supplied ironing board as no drying rack is provided. Cutlery provided was basic. The sharp knives were blunt...I couldn't even slice a tomato. A dish rack, a pasta strainer and non-stick fry pans and pots with lids would have been appreciated.

The apartments are very well located close to Kings Cross where you'll find restaurants and bars and also a subway station and bus connections. The apartments were big and clean and had all one needs for a couple of nights stay. The personnel was friendly and solved any issues quickly and uncomplicated.

When we arrived unfortunately our key did not work. We arrived late and the reception was closed but the staff had an emergency after hours number and solved the issue very quickly, so in a matter of minutes we had a new room and keys. Even though the bed was comfortable the kitchen chairs were not in the best condition (not sure if this was only the case in our apartment or all over)

The cleanliness of the room was great. The amount of amenities - the room even had a washing machine that would be very handy for extended stays. The location of the accommodation is fantastic to see the nearby sights and get around. The rubbish was taken out every day with the towels replaced.

The oven was dirty, with one of the racks being filthy. I had to clean it myself before I used the oven. There were no sponges or tea towels to do the dishes. The shower did leak out from the bottom of the shower door. As expected, being where it is, the accommodation is located on a busy street, so I suggest ear plugs for the light sleepers such as myself. I brought some along and slept fairly well.

Spacious apartment close to lots of great cafes and restaurants neat Kings cross. Also close to the train station. The taxi service to the airport was excellent. The driver was all class. Thanks to the staff for allowing us to store luggage on the last day. Very clean apartment. Will stay here again without hesitation. Nice way to finish our trip to NSW.

The bed was somewhat soft and the air-conditioning maybe needs to be replaced soon. However Minot issues for the great price.

Great position, close to train station and bus stops. Many shops and restaurants around. We liked that there was everything to cook, the washing machine and ironing board (of course also an iron)

Wifi speed very slow, we had to use our mobile connection. It was noisy at night, someone (probably other guests in other rooms) was talking loud in the middle of the night for two nights in a row. The apartment is humid; it wasn't a problem for us, but it's better to know that. Check-in time on Booking was wrong, my advice is to ask them as soon as you book.

the room is good with nice comfort bed and a good kitchen. The location is also good, a little bit walk to the train station. Coles and Woolworths are near by. Only a short walk to a beach and parks.

Our room is on the second floor at the corner of two busy streets, quite noisy, and the path is high. if we want more privacy from outside (at daytime, there are people walk pass the window all the time), we need to close the blind curtain and no light could come in the room. If you plan to stay here, you could ask for the higher level room? It maybe better.

We stayed at the apartment 5 nights and they upgraded our room. The apartment we had was really well equipped and comfortable. There is everything you need! For example there is a dishwasher and everyday they clean the room and leave in the kitchen the soap for it. Same with the washing machine. I think this is really useful for short stays when it is not worth it to buy all these stuff at the supermarket just for few days. The receptionist is really helpful!

just be careful to be there when the reception is open or to get in touch with them ahead if you don’t have an Australian SIM card for calls.
