The hotel has a great vibe with lovely decor and welcoming staff. The kitchenette was super well supplied and probably the cleanest I have seen. The bed was comfy and the bathroom a great size. They provided great suggestions of where to eat in the area.

There is a very odd door between the bedroom and living room which seems to serve no purpose other than being in the way(ok its to close the door to the bedroom) we tried to close it and it actually hits the bed. As it's quite in the way we also noticed that it was rather unclean probably because every person before us also has had to go around it to reach the bathroom. The rest of the place was clean however.

- Great location: Short walk to Central Station, Capitol Theatre, heaps of bars & restaurants - Very reasonable price for a 2-night weekend stay in the centre of Sydney - Staff were very friendly & enthusiastic - Stored our luggage before check-in/check-out - Bubbles served in comfy area opposite reception while waiting for room to be ready (but may have just been a Friday Happy Hour thing) - Comfy bed (sofa bed wasn't bad either) - Not a lot of traffic noise

- 4pm check-in time is quite late compared to most places - Awkward floor plan: Had to go through bedroom to get to the only bathroom in the apartment (tricky for guest sleeping on sofa bed) and bedroom door opened inwards, blocking the bathroom entrance - A lot of messages back and forth with accom before they confirmed that our room type ("Standard Queen Room") did indeed have a sofa bed - Would be good if Chromecast was compatible with TV - Hard to get a lift that wasn't already full sometimes

Its strategically located in the city. Train, tram and taxi can be used. Grocery around. Walking distance in some of touristic spot. Few steps away for outside the city tour pick-up point. Staffs were all pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and with all the basic needs that we need during our stay. Coffee shop behind the reception desk was also a plus and serving good small dishes/sandwiches. I couldn't ask for more and will definitely stay on this hotel on my next visit.

One lift is working but anyway can still managed.

Great location - short walk into Chinatown with loads of amazing food options close by. Well connected by public transport. Very clean, towels (all white and fresh) and good bathroom toiletries provided. Very comfortable, the room felt luxurious and was well equipped with a fridge and small kitchen area which was handy. Staff were brilliant too. Really happy with our stay. Also good soundproofing as we barely heard anything at all from our room.

Central location close to Museum Station and walking distance to shopping precinct and lots of pubs and restaurants.

The Club Wyndham sales rep at the concierge desk when we were checking in, trying to convince us to attend an info session on the Club when we clearly weren’t interested. It has a late check in time (4pm) compared to most other places. But the concierge staff were great and called us when room became available a few hours earlier.

We haven't had breakfast in the hotel. So I cannot say anything about it. But we loved the location and atmosphere. The room was clean, and the bed sheets were crispy white. Even soap, shampoo, and cream are good quality and smell fantastic.

Great to have the STC cafe on site. Easy walking distance to all public transport and restaurants.

Obviously the extra lift would have been a help 😉 Staff very helpful with allocating a lower level room for us oldies!

Rooms were clean, place was easy to get to.

Didn’t realize it was one of those owner, time share type properties, felt like her attitude changed when she found out I wasn’t an owner and wasn’t interested in the spiel when I checked in.

the bathroom. We are a party of 4. The sofa bed is located at the lounge and the bathroom is inside the bedroom. To access the bathroom, my 2 other friends needs to go inside the bedroom to use thw toilet. not helpful at all.

Comfortable bed, there is a mini kitchen with equipment, living room, the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel are nice and I love the smell.

I prefer to have a shower instead of bathtub but I didn't know because what I saw on the website was a shower so I didn't mention to ask about it.
