ill-prepared for twin beds, as requested during booking took a while to resolve a room option was offered but it was smaller and its condition was poor (worn and stained carpet)

Location was right in the centre of the city. There’s a convenience store around the corner. Fast check-in and check-out process. Staff were lovely and pleasant. Very spacious room. All amenities were available apart from slippers and robes.

As many people have mentioned, water pressure was low and sometimes the heat disappears. Flush for the toilet was also sometimes hard to press. Thin walls, so sometimes we can hear conversations from next door.

The room but it could be better if it had breakfast for its price.

The location was perfect and it was easy for us to get around from the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. Loved that we could connect to the Chromecast and still watch movies via our own streaming services. At the end of a long day, it was nice to come back and relax in the room.

Our room view was of the building next to the hotel so we felt like we had to keep the curtains closed so people weren't watching us. The aircon was also very loud - I couldn't find a way to turn it lower so most nights I just turned it off otherwise it was too loud to sleep with it on.

The room was very large with a lounge, desk, chair, big bed and plenty of room to move around it. The large wardrobe screened off the bathroom as well. The smart TV was great and easy to use to cast a movie from our phones. We were on the second floor and looked into the trees outside which was nice. The restaurant was lovely with really great staff and nice food. Happy hour was great too. Excellent location for what we needed. Parking was across the street and easy to access.

The bed was rock hard. The shower over the bath was hard to get into with a bung knee and the tap for the bath leaked while having a shower. A lot of noise from the traffic and sirens at all hours.

Stonehouse restaurant within the hotel had lots of good options, and food was delicious! Location was very ideal since we were travelling with our baby, 5mins walk to World Square which had more dining options. Thank you to all the housekeepers for doing such a good job! Very new and clean facilities while staying in the Junior suite, minimal noise and spacious for our family.

We arrived past 8pm but room wasn't ready yet since they have to air it out after a deep clean, not very ideal since we were with our baby who was very tired and unsettled. I do understand they have to clean it but they have check in/check out policies to ensure this doesnt happen right. Also that same night, one particular staff from the stonehouse restaurant was very grumpy towards my family after we ordered food and asked for it to be sent to our room, she dumped the tray on the table and it gave us all a huge fright and food kind of went everywhere. It would have been a nicer experience if the check in was smoother but overall would still reconsider booking again when we visit our families in Sydney.

location is accessible to chinatown and sydney CBD, storehouse restaurant offered buffet and a la carte meals with great coffee, 24/7 access using keycard, adequate gym equipment, big room, luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, very near 24hr convenience store.

it was not a very hot summer but inside the hotel hallways was always hot, limitation in towels due to shortage, water pressure was not great so whenever toilet was flushed or sink tap used the shower would get too hot/cold, very loud machine noise in our bathroom maybe because of pool pump in upper floor? Check-in staff were quite bored but check-out staff were great!

The property was in a great location and walking distance from shopping, restaurants harbor etc. Even if a 20 minute walk is too far, one block away was the Museum train station which could get you anywhere pretty quick. Easy to hop on and off with Apple Pay. Hotel had very comfortable beds, was quiet at night and our room was right next to the elevators. Friendly and very helpful staff.

We used the pool once at night and the water was a little cold, but if it would have been a hot day it would have been perfect

Hotel staff were great. Room was clean and comfortable. Love that they have 4 single beds, families travelling together are not always a couple with kids. Worked well for my sister and I and my two kids.

Buffet breakfast was disappointing, especially for the price. Not a huge variety, food was cold and not enough for the quantity of customers. Ordered a menu breakfast instead. Cafe staff seemed like she was angry at the world, no smile, rolled her eyes, just seemed angry at everything and we only ordered simple coffee and croissants etc from the cabinet.
