This incredible 10/10 service created an everlasting legacy of our Sydney adventure. We would specifically like to thank Alqa for trying to help us for sightseeing and where should we go, she’s always willing to help us in our adversities. Another special thanks to Nicolas, for helping us park our car which didn’t align with the Sydney guidelines for parking. For carrying our luggage up and down lifts. Throughout this incredible world journey, The Zara Tower hotel was the best we’ve been to so far. From pillow selection on day 1 to the checkout day, we felt sheltered in Sydney and welcome here.

Like the name suggests, the apartment/suite was fully furnished, equipped with everything you need to cook yourself a three course meal and bake a dessert. Furniture was maintained as new, and left us feeling like we were in a brand new apartment. While the view was nothing to rave about, we enjoyed our stay here more than our previous stay at another hotel with Harbour Bridge/Opera House views. Location wise, the walk to Museum station is very easy, with light rail station close by as well. We would definitely come back to Zara Tower, and will be recommending it to our friends.

Everything was very clean and spacious for our family of 5. The two bathrooms and bedrooms were great! Location was great and a close walk to the subway to get around town. It was a less busy area of town but still close.

My only complain would be the water in the shower. It would go from hot to cold during showers and non of us could keep the water at a right temperature. Plus there was a smell to the bathroom we couldn’t figure out so we kept the door closed all the time to not smell it in the bedroom. Otherwise everything was super clean!

I stayed a week at this amazing accommodation that is in a convenient location within Sydney CBD, close to places like Chinatown, Hyde Park, World Square, and Central Station, and a short walk to many restaurants, cafes and bars. The luxury suite was extremely spacious, stylish and modern. It included a fully-equipped kitchen, storage, living area, and a separate work space if required. It felt like a home while I was in Sydney. The bed was large and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they allowed me to store my baggage at the location after checking out in the morning and I was able to return to collect it after 5pm with no issues. Would highly recommend Zara Tower and stay here again.

A little bit disappointing that there were no laundry facilities within the suite itself despite how large it was and the fact that it included just about everything else you could need. There is a laundry/dry cleaning service available for a fee but a washing machine/dryer within the room would have been excellent for a longer stay. This did not affect my overall stay though which was extremely positive, I truly loved my stay at Zara Tower.

Overall, our experience was quite satisfied. The room was clean, the window view was fantastic, the kitchenware was pretty sufficient, and all the utilities were usable without many issues. Staffs were really friendly and helpful to us.

However, it is quite against the Asian feng shui to place the mirror directly to the bed, which causes some discomfort while sleeping. Moreover, the dryer's net for collecting dust while drying was ripped, which discharged a lot of dust sticking onto our clothes after it finished drying. And I wish that the kitchen faucet was height-adjustable to prevent too much water from splashing outside the sink.

I was absolutely thrilled with my room. I love an appartment hotel as has both the the feel of being at home as well as staff who were really helpful and the appartment was serviced daily. Being close to World Square I could get my groceries, a bottle of wine and some flowers. Love having a balcony to enjoy evening cheese and wine and appreciated the nespresso machine. The bed was super comfy, and while I had brought my own pillow I didn't use it as their memory foam one was perfect. Was great to have a standing lamp to dim the lights to enjoy watching a show while relaxing on the lounge, long enough to stretch out.

I let reception know the filter in the dryer was upside down!!! A few more kitchen items would be good - grill pan for steak and bowl for salad. I also like to have as a study area with desk, chair and powerpoints, but the dining table worked out just fine!

giant room, excellent location, friendly staff

confusing room lighting system and a tv that was so small and far away from the bed you needed binoculars to see it. not important though. for similar price you could probably get a balcony, and or pool/views that would be more “Sydney” than this. slight cave vibes and you could have been in any city in the world, only way to tell it was Sydney was when you got out the front on the street. Foyer was 2 star, friendly, yet insanely high rotation of foh staff. would likely stay on a higher floor for the different layout and sunlight if we were to return.

this property is located less than a 10 minute walk from central station which was crucial for both me and my partner to travel back home, the location of this property saved me hundreds in Uber/taxi fees (no exaggeration). The control panels for the lights and curtains etc was something that both my partner and I found very useful and definitely required us to step out of our outback country safe zone.

I think the property could be improved by having high rooms with half of the balcony area sheltered off for those of us who are horrified of heights. It would also be extremely beneficial for the Zara towers to have certain floors where smoking is permitted on these balconies. Another idea to support this could be if the staff were to send an email out to everyone booking with the Zara towers about their preferred floor within the building, and then to do the best they can to accommodate to these requests. the room could’ve also been severely improved if the mini fridge had a freezer in it, also I believe that the code safe in the room should be swapped for a microwave or at least have a microwave in the room somewhere just for convenience

Thank you to the exceptional staff, everyone was super friendly and helpful, all giving 100%+ to make sure our stay was perfect! We have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels where some beds are great and some not so great but our bed at Zara was definelty up there with the best, actually the best:) Staff went out of their way to assist us with easy onsite parking. Complimentary T2 tea sachets supplied in a variety of flavours along with a pod coffee machine and bottled water. A deep relaxing bath was perfect after a long flight and walking around Sydney. Central location close to eateries and transport. Highly recommend ZARA Towers Hotel 10/10. Thank you for making us and our family welcome, your exceptional service is much appreciated.

Nothing, this hotel is exceptional:) You could supply some bath salts, chocolates or celebratory mini champagne, always lovely to be made feel extra special with thoughtful complimentary surprise gift in hotel room:)

Wasn’t sure what to expect in an apart-hotel but our room was enormous! Large stainless steel fitted kitchen, huge fridge and proper hob and oven - not that we needed to use it. Good quality toiletries in the bathroom and the usual ironing board and iron. Masses of wardrobe space. The staff at reception were very friendly and extremely helpful with directions etc. Good location for eating out as lots of restaurants in easy walking distance in Surrey Hills.

Our room was at the back and faced a back alley, so consequently the level of daylight in the room wasn’t great so it was difficult in the morning to gauge what to wear as I couldn’t really see the sky. Slippers were provided, but curiously no dressing gown.
