The hotel was quite basic, but the location was incredible. Perfect location to visit Sidney from. Right next to Chinatown, with so many options for eating.

The room was a bit small. We had a baby cod and 2 large suit cases, which took up almost all the floor space in the room.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've ever had at a hotel! Great variety, hot food, fruits, bread for toast, cereal, juices, all great quality and refreshed regularly so nothing ran out. Staff were all helpful and friendly, room was cleaned well and had everything you'd expect.

The check in process took a while. There was a bit of a line, so I didn't expect it to be quick, but it seemed like it could go a bit faster in terms of processing people.

Location is the best. We walked everywhere. around 20 min to the Opera House. 15 min or so to Darling Harbour. Very safe area (right next to Australian Federal Police 😃) At night was quiet. Room temperature was at comfort level. Good to have fridge , microwave and a kettle in the room. it was very handy. Plus tea/ coffee facilities.

Shower head isn’t removable and there was no shower cap provided in the bathroom Was surprised that wifi is free only first 24hrs…and the speed was very low. it was important for me as I had to work.

Housekeeping is amazing, I love coming back in the evening to my bed all made so nice, what a treat for mums Also Jema in reception is exceptional at customer service, she was so kind to my family Breakfast was good and so happy to see a gluten free area with seperate toaster, thank you Very well priced Very close to darling harbour, Westfield, Hyde park

Renovations, jackhammer starter before 7 one morning, maybe breakfast should be included for everyone staying when doing such loud renovations for the inconvenience Missed having a gym

Location great as its near the station, bed great, room tidy, fridge didnt work though.

This hotel while only “3 stars” was very nice. The downstairs area had been recently renovated (we were told) and looks great! I liked that we got there at 11am for a 2pm check-in but were offered a check-in immediately if we gave our email to sign up to free Accor rewards (easy done). All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs provided a delicious dinner. The hotel itself was in an easy location for walking to public transport or requesting an Uber.

The rooms were a little dated but nothing too bad. We were only staying for 2 nights so it was tolerable.

The hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Central Station (half downhill, half uphill). 2 minute walk to Hyde Park and not much more to the shops (in a different direction). I had arrived 2 hours before check-in opened (due to being put on an earlier flight when the scheduled one was cancelled) but was able to sit in the restaurant area until my room was available, which was within an hour & a half - thank you to all the friendly staff I dealt with whilst I stayed for 6 nights. A good selection/choice of buffet breakfast was available. I had a good-sized room with a very good shower (easy to get the right temperature) and a comfortable bed. I've already booked more nights here when I return to Sydney in 3 week's time.

The only thing that let the room and my experience down was the fact it had a connecting door to the next room, so it was easy to hear their TV, chatting and closing of cupboard doors.

The sink and microwave in the room are great. Like a mini kitchenette. Made for cheap and easy breakfasts. Used the gym every day which was awesome. There are some great and not too expensive restaurants nearby for dinner. Good coffee shop for morning cuppa right next door. Great location - not too far to walk to train stations or light rail. Easy to get into the CBD, Circular Quay and other sites. Filtered water and ice machines in the basement near the gym great for filling water bottles before going out for the day and when coming back at night.

Cleaners need to vaccuum and mop behind the bathroom door. Otherwise nothing.

The location was perfect, we wanted to be close to Capitol Theatre for the Beauty and the Beast musical, the walk was less that five minutes. The staff were above accommodating, our flight was delayed last minute and they provided us with a late check out which was complimentary. Room service was punctual, delivered with a smile and tasted amazing. Renovations to the complex were also happening which we were made aware of on arrival, staff apologised in advance for any inconvenience this may cause to our stay, we heard absolutely nothing. My children and I will definitely stay here again, I would highly recommend Ibis Styles to anyone.
