Roomy , comfortable,great place for family holiday ,had 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets . Late checkout bit earlier check-in . Enjoyed our togetherness but still enough room for privacy .

Shower head was terrible ,needed replacing .

Location -if coming by Taxi from SYD airport its about 85$, if by train and LRT may be much cheaper. Check in - quick fast professional, we came to hotel early so they have a locked room to keep luggage. Access from LRT -convention centre LRT stop easy to walk to hotel. Cleanliness of the hotel - All top clean and tidy . No bad smells. Its an apartment - All needed stuff in the pantry & laundry /bathrooms very nicely provided.from fridge to microwave etc all there.one has to buy what ever provisions if needed. Water - seems to be of drinking quality better boil thou. AC/heater ok Space- very good in living room Check out -super fast and easy.

Its split level- its mentioned in fine print but the Down walk way steps from living is quite small n steep not good to carry baggage to rooms n VV. The windows does not seal properly. Out side air and noice.room 530.

Awesome handy location to everything - tourist attractions, and food Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Especially Putu with his useful advice Laundry facilities are handy - washing machine and dryer Close to public transport options being light rail and bus The room was big with lots of things and a nice bed

We asked for a quiet room but there was construction noise nearby that was noted to us earlier. It didn't have a dishwasher, but this wasn't needed anyway. It was fine overall though as it had everything we needed

The location to public transport and Darling Harbour was fantastic. I also loved seeing the Sydney Tower straight out of our window. The style and ambiance of the building is fantastic and I was constantly amazed at the layout and the history of the location. I honestly just stopped and stared on occasion. The room was clean and servicable with basic amenities available. The bed was super comfortable, especially after a day out walking around the city. The staff were wonderful to speak with whether checking in, out, or asking a general question. I was very happy and felt quite comfortable. They were also able to offer bag storage between check out and my flight later in the evening. 10 out of 10 would stay again.

There were a few things missing from the room that could have been quite helpful. There was no cutting board, which made prepping food in the kitchen quite tedious. We also had an issue with the washing machine. The ironing board and broom/mop are stored between the machine and the tub, right where the water outlet is. It appears as though someone has dropped the ironing board on the hose and it was disconnected when I went to do a load washing. Let's just say that it's a relief other the bathroom drains so well. The shower head also needs to be replaced/re-sealed as it did not stop dripping.

The Oaks Goldsborough is in a great spot in Darling Harbour. 2 minute walk to the light rail which takes you to Central station and from there you can access anywhere in Sydney. Plenty of food and dining options in Darling harbour. The 1 bedroom apartment is a bit outdated but is very roomy and very clean and it is a great price. Much more room than a hotel bedroom. We had a lovely stay.

The room is a bit oudated with torn covering on the dining chairs. It can be a bit noisy but I cannot see a solution as the central part of the oaks is hollow so noise can travel up easily. As this open area adds to the charm of the old building people just need to bring earplugs or perhaps they could be supplied as part of the bathroom packaging.

We had to move rooms after the first night as their was a cockroach infestation in our kitchen and all over benches

- friendly and helpful staff - great to have our own washing machine, dryer, and iron in the apartment - full cooking facilities (stovetop, oven, microwave) but we didn't get around to using it - very close to International Convention Centre (there's an aerobridge across Pyrmont St directly to the 4th floor of the car park next to the Convention light rail stop. Dont use google maps to find it - it won't want you to walk across the pedestrian level crossing) - very clean - balcony

- tv reception was very poor. It kept cutting in and out even though they had 'fixed' it. Not a good way to watch the footy semi-finals!

The location to Darling Harbour to our venue was close and very easy to access. Full kitchen, bathroom, lounge room and separate bedroom. We were upgraded to the Penthouse level which had an amazing view of the Harbour Bridge and an express separate lift to the 14th floor. When travelling to Sydney I would now not consider staying anywhere else. Great value for money.

Some rooms have balconies which would have been great. No onsite vehicle parking but you can park up the road at Wilson Carpark and have your parking validated by the Hotel. Hotel is located next to the freeway overpass so a little noisey but otherwise you don't notice it too much.

All of our group loved that there were two bathrooms upstairs, and the laundry facilities in the bathroom were great. With mobility issues, I greatly appreciated the fold-out bed and toilet downstairs. Our view of the city was wonderful, especially as two of our group had never visited Sydney before, and it helped us map out our outings while the convenience of different modes of transport at the door was wonderful.

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay at the Oaks. I've stayed here before and we all agreed that we would stay with you again on our next visit to Sydney. My only suggestion to improve the experience would be the addition of a mirror downstairs to check how hair and make-up looked before heading out the apartment door.

The location is fantastic, right next to Darling Harbour. It made it so easy to explore the sights of Sydney. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had a fantastic view of the city skyline. We had a 2 bedroom penthouse room and the beds were comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms clean, if a little dated.

Arriving late-ish we had to order JustEat to be able to get some soft drinks for the room as the vending machines weren't working and there were no shops in the immediate vicinity. Some kind of bar service or better monitored vending service in the building would definitely have helped.
