• Bathroom with only two hooks to hang the towels and nowhere to hang the clothes • Lightning of the hallways and bathroom were a bit too dark • Breakfast with good quality foods and coffees but lack variety

Service is pretty good, I said it’s my girlfriend’s birthday when checking in and they gave us a champagne as a surprise with the handwritten birthday card.

The staff were the nicest to us during our whole trip, with special mention to Sophie for her kindness and maximum attention (thank you for the delicious champagne and snacks waiting in the room, with handwritten compliments on the bottle) and Sarah for her help in arranging the airport transfer. Thank you for the magical experience that made us forget that our honeymoon was over.

Too bad we only stayed 1 night in the hotel, we must come back!

Having to leave

The service as soon as you walked in the door. Ordered arrival drinks crackers and nuts at the bar. Small touches that made you feel looked after. Everything looked clean and new with amazing technology with blinds lights etc

There was a smell coming from the left hand side of pool area. Staff were exceptional one of the best hotels nothing was a problem and made you feel at home and all smiles. Except one lady that was meant to book our table at the Wet Deck lied about our booking and was very rude about it. She took my name and told as we had a booking at 630 outside the pool as it gets busy. But when we got there she said there is no booking there never was a booking for you! but you can’t stay here where you are sitting actually never been spoken to like this at a hotel before! The rest of the staff were amazing the entire time at the hotel from the minute we arrived to when we left. No task was too hard and we will be back!!

Staff were all so nice and helpful and provided great service (especially Louise on 29th floor and Almudena on Welcome/Reception). Bars are beautiful as are the rooms. Breakfast was fab!

Small tweaks would make it a 10. Not enough staff given how busy the hotel is. Bathrooms in bedroom and corridors were too dark - hard to do your makeup and floor was slippy when wet. Lights and do not disturb system not very clear and felt too fussy. Bathroom by the 29th floor bar was unisex and not cleaned often enough and many locks on doors were broken. Bar staff on the inside in the day were not as good or as fast as those outside or at night time (felt like a lot of them were new which is understandable as hotel only opened within the last 3months). Big queues at breakfast (it is peak season now).

Staff lovely and very helpful, food amazing, room fantastic, facilitates and location great.

The design of the reception area and lack of space means that in "peak times" customers end up blocking the access to the lifts and stairs which is a huge safety issue. More space for towels to hang in the smaller pool area would be great. Having plates cleaned away in the restaurant while other guests are still eating is a no no however this is due to lack of training. It's a new Hotel therefore the few minor hiccups that we experienced are to be expected and my family would not hesitate staying here again.

Location is great. Room was amazing...spacious and comfortable. The styling of the hotel is incredible...modern, moody, chic. The cocktail bar on the 29th floor is fantastic (as are the staff!)...highly recommend this.

Well....we really would have liked a swim in the pool but both pools were just overrun with small children. We decided to leave until later after dinner so went to the smaller indoor pool at 11:30pm to find it STILL overrun with kids!! We're not anti-kids...we have three of our own (and have done our time!), but when you're paying more than $500 a night you'd expect there to be some kid-free time at the pool. Also - we arrived at breakfast at around 10am to find a 40m queue. Again - not what you'd expect from a $500 a night 5 star hotel....
