I loved the boutique feel of the hotel, very modern and chic, and an excellent location. The room was clean and had a nice balcony. Omberline at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She was always pleasant and helped suggest things to do. The food was very good and I had an overall lovely experience. As my first time visiting Sydney, I'd stay here again.

I think it would have been nice if breakfast was included in the stay and some of the wash cloths weren't the cleanest.

The Aiden was well situated for all of our needs. It was clean and tidy. The staff were excellent and answered all my questions. From the moment I was helped when I was lost finding the hotel I knew it was a good place.

All staff were wonderful and helpful the four nights I stayed there until the morning of my check out. I left at about 07.30 and my family member was checking out a few hours later. The girl who first met me at the check out was very rude and certainly did not show any professionalism as the rest of the team had for the four days prior. She did not acknowledge me and raised her eyebrows when I advised my family member was still in the room (check out time was available until 11). Another staff member assisted me with the computer check out who was very kind. I am unsure who the awful woman was but she really put a dampener on what was a fantastic stay. She needs to learn some good customer service skills.

The staff went out of their way to help me. The food was delicious. It was the little details in the room like the dyson hair-dryer and steam cleaner for my clothes that made it extra special. Had the best view of Darling Harbour from my room. I could change the pillow to suit my comfort. And most importantly, the coffee was perfect!

The fire alarm going off and evacuation, but that was not the hotels fault at all. They were very professional about the evacuation and re-entering of the building. Kept us informed of the situation the whole time.

Fantastic location. Close to ferry and light rail. Right in the heart of Darling Harbour. Fantastic staff. Very polite and friendly.

The room was tiny. It was on a corner, and the bed was against the wall. Bathroom was small, so small the sink wasnt even in the bathroom! Thankfully, due to a broken light we were upgraded to a bigger room. That room was great, more room to put bags and bathroom was an adequate size. Hotel didn't need to upgrade us - so we very much appreciate this. Bed was so soft. My back is still recovering :(

The Aiden was clean, modern, fresh in a great location on darling Harbour. Easy to walk almost everywhere within the city. Beds were comfy, water freely available located in the hallways and in the room. Plenty of towels, amenities. Bar downstairs offered tasty food and cocktails. Staff super friendly and helpful. I would stay again for sure.

Darling Harbour can be pretty dead in the evening, especially with the casino only a block away. You'd need to walk across the bridge for entertainment if you wanted a lively night....but no big deal. Nothing to do with this great hotel....there wasn't anything I didn't like ABOUT the hotel...

The motel was comfortable and clean. The rooms were modern and had all that we needed. The Staff were always friendly and wanting to accommodate the guests. Nothing was a problem. I would recommend Aiden to my friends. The location was great for getting around Sydney. The in house restaurant had lovely food, we didn't need to go elsewhere for our breakfasts. And coming back after a day sightseeing, we could get a meal or coffee or an alcoholic drink. I will definitely stay at Aiden again and recommend to friends. Thanks for a memorable stay in Sydney.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Brilliant location for the Darling Harbour area and main attractions like the Maritime Museum etc. but also if you are seeing a show at the Sydney Lyric Theatre and want to stay somewhere nearby within a few minutes walk of there. The staff were great, friendly and efficient and the coffee and brekkie menu were good too. If you're used to a large hotel room, you'll find the rooms are small here, but for us that was fine and they are still comfortable - when you're out in Sydney all day you only really need somewhere to rest your head in between. The parking deal per day was great for us and I could park easily over the road in the multi storey car park pretty much opposite. I love the fact that out in the hallways near the rooms they have a water station where you can fill up your bottles with chilled still or sparkling water on tap whenever you want.

Breakfast options were perfect, the coffee was superb and we preferred to go back to the Aiden for our coffee hit. The staff went over and above what was expected; friendly, helpful, offered information and were genuinely nice people. The duty manager also was very helpful and solved my room problem easily. A “thank you” never seemed enough to express our gratitude.

This is Kerehi, not Nadia. The automated messaging didn’t always match. e.g. booking was made by my daughter Nadia, we changed the name but the automated messaging was always addressed to Nadia. I was able to get a change of room, the automated message had me checking out a day earlier, which was fortunately recorded correctly at reception. Potential for a different traveller to react badly.

Great location for Darling Harbour and Pyrmont, as well as the city. Very close to museums as well as lots of restaurants. Well priced, comfortable accommodation and well appointed too, nice shower gel, hairdryer etc. As we only needed one night we took small double rooms. They were well designed but very small. Any longer a stay would definitely need a bigger room. We chose breakfast included in the price and it was very good.

Breakfast was good but there is only a small area with tables and we felt sorry for the lovely staff who were run off their feet.

Location is great, seconds away from the Pyrmont Bridge and easy access to the CBD. The breakfast was tasty and reasonably priced. The self check-in was very easy, but the staff was super helpful, too. I arrived quite early and they made sure I got into my room well before check-in time. My room was quite small but fine for one person and lots of thoughtful touches, like the slippers (!!) and the Dyson blow dryer.

The room could've been a tiny bit bigger and I wish there were robes to go along with the slippers. But this is me being pedantic. For the price and location, this hotel is great value for Sydney. Will definitely stay here again.
