SO BEAUTIFULLY renovated; gorgeous colours and finishes, awesomely spacious bathroom and cleverly used space. Staff at check-in were very friendly and the food in the bistro was delicious and atmosphere just lovely. Very quiet too for somewhere above a pub. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Loved it!!

Shower screen could be longer to avoid a big puddle on the floor. Also aircon didn’t seem to be able to go over 23 degrees, which I found a little cold, but not a problem enough to get it checked out and potentially fixed, so that’s on me…

*Potential guests should realize that this is not a full-service hotel. There is no front desk. There is no one to help you outside regular business hours. I needed to store my luggage, but there was no one to assist me and no facility for that service. It's definitely a place for self-sufficient travelers who don't require any extra assistance beyond check-in. And you better check in at the times they specify. If you understand these parameters, then you'll be fine.

The room was beautifully clean, the verandah was adorable, the bed was comfortable. The pub was stylised so well making it comfortable and a pleasure to stay there. The staff and Managers were so pleasant, even allowing us to store out suitcases in the office while we had appointments in the city to save carting them around. Very quiet room, could not hear the traffic outside of the trains at the station on other side of road

Just a little noisy when the airplanes start their flightpath above but you can't help that !!

Everything about the room was nice. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Having the restaurant, bar and bottle shop downstairs was also extremely convenient. Amazing food, fun drinks and good music. The staff were also super accommodating and lovely when we needed a place to stay last minute.

The neighbourhood is a little sketchy and there is no parking at the property. The TV also didn’t have an internet connection or streaming options.

I like the meals , value for money and the fact that everything is there to enjoy including private balconies, train station next door and proximity to airport, i will be staying there from here on in on all work meetings.

to be honest there is nothing I did not like everything is very clean professional and to me over all excellent experience. first class.

I loved how close this was to the train station and to the live music bar the Camelot Lounge. I loved that I was able to get a late checkout. Loved the way this pub had been rebuilt so beautifully and we had a balcony off room . super clean and comfortable with restaurant downstairs for lunch and dinner and beer garden . Nicely furbished

would have liked some suggestions in room for places nearby for breakfast as this was not available .. but found some easily

The location was great lovely little cafes, train station just over the road to make it easy for travel, The bed was super comfy, the food is amazing specially the duck salad 🤤 staff where super friendly and helpful, ohhh and shower was killer! planes do fly low but we took no notice, even meet some friendly locals

house keeping wasn’t the best service 2nd day got ask if like the room turned over which was big fat yes please as bins over flowing room was never done, 3rd day he came back 4th day bins where the only thing done an power was switched off in the room to which I had $80 worth of food I had to throw out as we were gone all day and fridge was hot was not impressed also found room was super dusty

this was perfect for mine and my bfs recent holiday. the location was right in the centre of everywhere we needed to go. just a short Uber or train ride and even walk to great places. The room was modern and lovely and the food from the bistro downstairs was delicious especially for the vegan options.

The only issue we had was just the timing and consistency of the house keeping some days but that’s just nit picking.

Apart from being directly under the flight path from the international airport, there is nothing to fault this hotel. It is directly across the road from the station, has a brilliant restaurant and bar downstairs and the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. All the windows are double glazed which cuts the noise of the planes. We slept well with the balcony doors closed. Coffee nearby in the morning set us up for the day. We will stay again.

Our room looked as if it had been renovated recently. It was clean, had plenty of towels which is always great! A excellent located being across the road from the train station. We enjoyed a drink and a snack at the bar!

We were thankful for the extra towels in the bathroom as we needed them after showing. Water goes everywhere as there is no shower door. The small glass panel doesn’t do much to keep the floor and toilet dry!
