Lakemba Hotel

Location. We go to experience Lakemba at night during the fasting month of ramadhaan. This is a perfect location. A little bit noisy if you are light sleeper maybe not suitable. The festive atmosphere went on till 4 AM!

We communicated on late checkout - didn't get reply-I assumed check out by 10 am. But before 10 am someone knocked on the door and please check out now kind of situation. Checking process not so obvious. the door into the hotel were closed by the time we got there. Checking in taking longer than my usual experience with other hotel. The staffs were friendly though.

it’s a small room but the window and display makes me feels cozy. air conditioner, kettle, one mug, soap and shampoo, toilet rolls, shared kitchen provide. not many amenities but that’s okay for me I bring my own cloth hanger, hair dryer, one more cup, tea and coffee which they didn’t provide. there’s food and drink stain on the table but you get what you pay for. I can see street view through the window which is satisfying and surprisingly it was quiet during night time. and they have car park that even satisfying.

overall it’s good, the only thing I hope there is a hand towel

Clean room & comfy clean bed. The bathroom was also fine. Close to the station & easy to get about on public transport. I appreciated the secure entry.

The distance from the city & lack of coffee in the area. My fault for not researching the location prior to booking.

the beds and room was beyond exceptionally clean and comfy everything was modern the bathroom was amazingly spacious I enjoyed every second of my stay.

it’s not in the best area men are creepy and a lot of drunks if you go down stairs for a cigarette or a meal just make sure to take safety measures and don’t speak to anyone and notify staff of any person that tries to talk to you or stalk.

Central to transport both buses trains plenty of local restaurants to find food the hotel has a well stocked bar there's a self service kitchen so you can make your own food etc

Can be abit noisy from street bin men in mornings etc

The staff where great and so very helpful…

The kitchen has a butchers knife only, there is no cutlery and no plates. (I’m guessing these are all located in the various long term tenants rooms)

Super clean room. Enough space to store my clothes.

The shared kitchen did not have pots and pans and kitchen utensils for me to cook properly.

It is new and clean ,very friendly people , plenty of eateries near buy , and you can have a drink at the bar if you require . I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again . The area is very interesting and will take my wife back to try some of the Traditional Middle East foods on offer in that area !

The room was good value for money. Awesome location close to everything. Staff were very welcoming.

The kitchen wasn't all that great. Had all the amenities just that they were not clean eg microwave and fridge.

the property was clean and tidy and close to restaurants and transportation for getting around

staff are very friendly
