Staff were really amazing. So friendly and accommodating.very relaxed vibes in the hotel felt right at home. For the price it is really really better than you would expect. Rooms look exactly like the pictures.the shared bathroom was fairly clean if a little dated but again can't complain for the price.the bed was a 9/10 on one side and a 2/10 on the other for some reason but I got the good side so 😂

Look it's not the hotels fault that citizens of greenacre love to reenact the fast and the furious from the hours of 6pm onwards hahha

the bed was extremely comfy and the staff were welcoming (Ivy and a young lady working alongside Ivy, stood out from the rest as they went above & beyond when needing assistance).

• the bathrooms only had one roll of toilet paper (even after my mum asked them to add more); simultaneously the hotel had been completely booked out. • no information pamphlet/welcome package offered on arrival. • (my mum was disappointed that they had) no map with events/experiences happening in the local area • smart TV unable to even open YouTube • no food available at the pub • room set for one guest when 2 were booked (one chair, one water, etc)

Staff on arrival were great. Pub access right next door. Free beer x2 for booking with them. The location was good for us, 15 minutes from Qudos Stadium. Clean, fresh, big enough for a nights stay, everything you need. All plugs had built in Usb charging points.... every hotel needs this! Thank you for a smooth stay.

No meals available, however they allowed us to bring outside food in. 2 King single bed put together but different heights which made us roll in the middle BUT they were very comfortable, soft with nice crisp sheets.

Beds were super comfortable, rooms were nice and big and clean, the beer garden down stairs was beautiful very surprised to see it not very busy, bar was open very late which was good and couldn't hear anything when we went to bed, did see a few critters but don't think that can be helped, the shared bathrooms were decent, pricing was very cheap, overall happy with my stay and would stay again :)

Everything was very clean, the room service lady was very friendly I loved her she makes you feel like home

The birds on the roof were very noisy they didn't stop scratching on the top

Staff were amazing & accomodating of our fluctuating travel times, location & proximity to some truly amazing food spots was excellent, beds were comfy & kids loved it.

Couple of issues with the bathroom & some invading roaches, but otherwise all good!

The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've come across in various hotels. The hotel seemed newly renovated and was very clean. I also really liked the coloured wall which gave the room a modern and refreshing touch. Staff were welcoming and friendly, smoking area cosy and drinks well priced. Honestly very good value for money.

5 star customer service from Effi the superstar. I forgot my smart watch on my checkout. Effi posted me the watch on her day off which was exceptional. Great customer service.

Street noise was too loud with all the cars drifting in the area. The bathroom was not clean.
