I liked that the room was aired prior to arrival. The room was clean, welcoming, bright and comfortable. The staff are lovely and accommodating. It was my first trip to Toukley, and if I was to go again, I would go back to the Toukley Motor Inn.

There wasn't really anything that I did not like about my experience. The only things that would have been an added bonus, would be if the TV had the ability to stream services once I signed into it, like Netflix for example, but it was just as easy to get an Amazon Fire TV and plug it into the TV with the strong wifi signal in the room. This is a luxury too, so I'd say there was not anything I didn't like.

The motel was perfectly situated, close to shops and restuarants, within walking distance. There was allocated parking for each room. Our room was a good size and airy with plenty of natural light. It was clean and comfortable and situated on the first floor. The owner and room attendant were friendly and helpful. Will use this motel again.

As our room was on the road side of the motel there was traffic noise which soon disappeared when you closed the window above the kitchenette. No major concern.. The allocated parking bays were small and narrow and difficult to manoeuvre when large 4WDs were also parked.

This Motel is consistent, clean and predictable. On the main road, but still quiet enough to sleep at night. Bed is comfy, good basic kitchen facility and walking distance to plenty of eating options. Our rooms have always been a good size, and upstairs so we had some lake views - which is nice!

Problems with my card on arrival, a blocked toilet and a non-functioning air conditioner all resulted in a hot, stressful arrival. Staff were kind and patient and managed to sort it all out for us.

Quite big. Clean. Modern decor. Big firm bed. Air-conditioning and a cold bar fridge.

The lighting was poor...no bedside lamps. Also the towel rack in the bathroom was loose and I could have ripped it out of the wall. I had to place my towel carefully.

Comfortable and clean accommodation close to shops and restaurants in Toukley. The air-conditioner worked well. Parking was easy near the unit.

Bit of work happening around the motel so a bit of noise but nothing to be concerned about as work ceased in the late afternoon.

Everything very clean. Reception staff very helpful and obliging. Compact but had everything I needed. I really liked the convenience of the Thai restaurant just across the road.

I didn't like the fixed shower head, though it did work well with water flow.

Comfy bed with good pillows. A nice view over the lake. Good shower with good water pressure. Very clean room.

On the main road so quite noisy. No water in fridge & most motels have biscuits so annoyed they didn't have any to go with a cuppa. Lady at reception wasn't very friendly.

This was a quick overnight stay - Checkin was easy and quick. Spacious room and bathroom. TV easy to use. Walk to Coles and Thai restaurant opposite we made use of.

Parking areas a little small, but there is a parking area next door.

Very comfortable beds!! Spacious room, clean and reasonably priced.

The lights outside our room were on all night, making it hard to sleep. The room could also do with bedside lights as the overhead ones were very bright.

Quiet and efficient air con. Plenty of room. Under cover parking (most appreciated because there were storms all night).

Slippery shower floor. Mould in the shower recess. Lumps of cereal stuck between table and chairs.
