Heal House is exquisite, from the exterior front facade to the internal lounge rooms. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished & the beds are comfortable with excellent full cotton bed linen & huge bath sheets. Our room & ensuite was meticulously clean, and the location of this B & B in a quiet street in New Farm was an easy walk to James Street & the Howard Smith Wharves ... & a 5 to 6 min Uber ride to the CBD. But what really makes Heal House so extraordinary is the 7-star hospitality. You would not find better anywhere in Brisbane. Bryce & Lindsay's genuine wamth, kindness & care to deliver outstanding service is out of this world. Loaning us "2 Go Cards", to help us navigate the transport services in the city, to each morning serving us fresh tea & coffee with fabulous muesli if one chooses. This is followed by a full cooked breakfast of poached eggs, avocado, grilled cherry tomatoes & smoked salmon with lemon & chives. This B & B is seriously outstanding, & the service & care for guests is nothing short of remarkable. This impeccable facility will definitely become our first option for accommodation every time we stay in Brisbane. That's when there are vacancies, of course. Don't take our word for it. Try it for yourself. You will NOT be disappointed.

Very quiet and peaceful location, yet very close to the hustle and bustle of the city. Beautifully renovated and very stylishly decorated Queenslander style house. Relaxing on the back verandah you might even encounter some of the local wildlife. Walking distance to places to eat and drink. Great location to walk to a number of ferry terminals to catch a free KittyCat ferry to explore the downtown area. The hosts Bryce and Lindsay are just wonderful and go out of their way to make your stay memorable for all the good reasons. They organised on-street parking in front of the house which is great when arriving on a rainy day, provided advice on places to visit and a pair of Go Cards to use on the CityCat ferry. We definitely recommend choosing Heal House for the perfect location when visiting the city of Brisbane.

Absolutely nothing!

The position was great, on major bus roots and walking distance to several ferries. The owners were friendly and obliging.

The property is a lovely old ‘Queenslander’ and we had the master suite at the front. The idea behind these is that you keep out the sun in. the summer, but let it in in the winter. Despite me asking, the owner did not want to raise the porch blinds because it was complicated, so we had no view and our room was rather gloomy. it was around 23 c degrees in the day, but went down to 8 c at night. We had a thin cotton coverlet and we froze. We were provided with blankets the 2nd night and it was suggested we turned the air conditioning on to heat. We did, but it was high in the ceiling and didn’t make much difference. Queenslanders can provide wonderful, climate sensitive (no accommodation if run properly, but this one wasn’t.

The term 'exceeds expectations' is perfect for Heal House. Stunning renovated old Queenslander, beautiful stylish decor. Quiet and peaceful location. Incredible rooms, with glam bathroom, super comfortable bed. And everything you could want or need is in your room. So thoughtfully considered to make guests comfortable. Quiet air-conditioning, lots of light, opening windows for a breeze. Perfect balconies for sitting relaxing. Breakfast the next morning spoils you. Choices of fresh fruit and yoghurt, cereals or eggs, toast, avocad, tomatoes and salmon made for you. Lovely Nespresso coffee and a beautiful table set up for you on the verandah. The hosts Bryce and Lindsay are just wonderful and friendly. You really do feel spoilt. It's definitely worth choosing Heal House for the perfect location if you're visiting New Farm. Highly recommended 🤍

Heal House is located in a laid back and trendy suburb, with easy access to the riverfront and vibrant shopping scene. The house has been superbly renovated and furnished and is a luxurious haven when visiting the city. Access is via a private entrance for guests only, so we felt relaxed coming and going. The room and bathroom were immaculate with a comfortable bed and quality furnishings, with complimentary snacks and drinks elevating the level of hospitality. The dedicated guest lounge is private, stylish and comfortable with access to an honesty bar. Breakfast on the verandah was relaxed and delicious. Our friendly hosts were full of great local recommendations and insider knowledge. One of the best BnBs we've visited!

Nothing, it was all excellent!

We just had 4 days of restful bliss at Heal House under the wonderful care of Bryce and Lindsay. The home is beautifully designed with every element in the rooms and public areas carefully curated. They seem to have thought of everything to make their guests feel comfortable! The breakfast was so delicious with the freshest of ingredients carefully prepared and lovingly presented. We highly recommend!

Hard to find something we didn’t like! The master suite might be slightly improved with a little more natural light that would still allow for privacy.

the breakfast was excellent with fresh berries and yogurt, smoked salmon with avocado and oven roasted perino tomatoes seven with Turkish bread. the coffee was just how I like it. I loved that the living and kitchen area were available to lounge in, look out beautiful design books whilst you sipped on a gin and tonic from the honours bar. Best of all were the magnificent hosts Lindsay and Bryce, they really know how to look after their clients

The property was emacuate, very clean and mant thoughtful touches. High quality boutique accommodation with much attention to detail to ensure a very comfortable experience for guests. Beautifully furnished. Bryce and Lindsay are wonderful hosts. Freindly and faultless 1st class service. I'll definitely be back. Excellent location if you have a car, which I did. Easy walking distance to many cafes, shops and restaurants. Quiet suburban location.

Nothing

The property is so thoughtfully and perfectly curated. It is elegant and stylish but not pretentious, relaxing and comfortable but not tired. There is so much lovely attention to detail throughout the property and it is always immaculately kept. Both Lindsay and Bryce are always perfectly attentive and available but never intrusive. It is a talent that is rare and they are masters of this skill.

There is nothing that could be done better.
