Everything - location was outstanding being right on the river boardwalk, close to Historical Pub and MIcro Brewery down the road, with more Brewery/Restaurants across the river and a cafe with excellent coffee right next door, not to mention the superb French Patisserie just down the street! Ferry pier less than 1k along boardwalk. There was a superb pool and BBQ facility which we all enjoyed, as well as a gym, so everybody was catered for and we had 4 generations attending.

The only thing I could think of was the smell at night from the bathroom/Toilet open drain vent, but which was easily fixed by covering with a folded bathmat.

Everything, staff wonderful, apartment clean and comfortable. Great location we had one overlooking the river. Gardens were beautiful and well maintained, very pretty. Very sorry to leave even though we have an apartment on the Sunshine Coast overlooking a river we did love this trip to Brisbane staying in such a perfect place. We had a party to attend next door at Medley so apartment was a perfect location.,

Could not fault anything except we were given a copy of the by laws pertaining to do and don'ts and by law 19 says "No animals or birds on the premises" but there was dogs on the premises and did not enjoy the barking.

The river view, the location, the size of the apartment, internal laundry, large master bed and ensuite

The lounges, one was covered in chocolate ( hopefully it was chocolate) the other one had ripped cushions covered with a throw rug. Lounges need to be replaced or at least a steam clean to get the chocolate off. A few cleaning things, lolly rubbish under fridge, someone's socks under the bed, no toilet paper in one of the toilets. Receptionist said they were really busy, it seemed like it was a quick clean of the apartment before we arrived

The room we stayed was quite big and view the river. Garden with creek was pretty and pool was great for us. A few meters away to the shops and short walk to the city cat. We walked to the south bank along side of the river for about 40mins. We had dedicated carpark was really helped us.

Our room TV and main bedroom ceiling light and bedside table light didn't work. We asked at the reception very next day of our stay to fix it but until the end of the stay no one come to fix the problems. The bathroom and laundry seems not have fan so need to keep the door open when use. If we stayed in summer, I wonder how hot and humid it will be inside of the house...

The location was great, and the outlook from our apartment was stunning. The apartment has been partially renovated since construction. The facilities at the apartments are lovely, the spa beautiful and warm on a cold night. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and it was a good size.

The first thing we saw on walking into the apartment was a velour, ill-fitting couch cover... which aged the apartment immediately (and so simple to fix). There is no air conditioning in the bedroom and the fan was very noisy (loud ticking noise).

pool and spa were so clean. very impressive and well kept gardens and courtyards. Great location with restaurants and walks

Apartments felt a little dated - new artwork, cushions and lighting could lift these to be a little more modern to match the exterior. Newer window furnishings too. Cooking crockery and pots felt old and minimal resources for cooking (a bigger pot for pasta would be good). Information brochure felt limited and needed updating. Would have liked some information on the Water Dragons, as for non Queenslanders we found them fascinating but also a little wary at first from a safety perspective. Would have been nice to be reassured that they were harmless.

Perfect location with easy access to Southbank and Brisbane CBD, and nicely positioned right on the Brisbane river. Units are well equipped with everything required for a short or longer stay. There are lots of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance of the complex.

Don't expect to be checked in and to your room within 5-10 minutes. The check-in process was a nightmare. It was an after hours check-in which was at a different part of the complex to where our room and car park was. The map given with the check in documentation was confusing and very hard to understand to the point where I couldn't even use the map. It would be really helpful if the check-in location, car park and room was marked on the map (similar to what they do in caravan parks) with highlighted and very clear directions to the car park and room. I encountered three other lots of guests who had the same issue so it shows my confusion wasn't an isolated incident.

Spotlessly clean, well laid out, bright sunny first floor apartment overlooking the river. Great location near ferry, bus, cafes and convenience store. Lovely garden setting with flights of stairs giving direct access to river walk.

Decor tired and sterile: harsh lighting in living area, torn sofa. Minimum kitchen and bathroom supplies, random collection of crockery and cutlery, no oven instructions, slow internet, poor TV quality etc. Several flights of stairs to get to lift, so not suitable for everyone.

Decent location, mostly quiet except for background bridge traffic, nice gardens, balcony had a view of river and bridge, well stocked kitchen, wifi, plenty of inside space. Accessing the city will be so easy when the new pedestrian bridge is finished. Story bridge hotel nearby for a good meal, cafes for breakfast

Floors weren't clean and lots of dust in the bedrooms. Maiintenance issues with blown lights , dripping taps and leaking toilet. Wifi setup was clunky as modem router setup on kitchen bench and used additional power point. Only one air conditioner could be an issue in summer. Lifts currently being replaced so three flights of stairs to the room 3020

Beautiful pool and gardens with amazing views of the river. Quiet and peaceful but central to city and ferry wharf. Walk to corner store, pub, bakery etc…Spacious well layed out apartment

Carpet and furniture a little outdated but comfortable. No salt or pepper. Dryer smelt bad when turned on. Check in was a bit late and chaotic.
