The lady at reception was brilliant, full of information and recommended places to go. The location worked well for me as I had hired a car so it wasn't overcrowded and plenty of parking spaces. It was nice to walk on the front with easy access to the city cat to explore the city without the parking charges. The apartment was a good size, plenty of cooking utensils and it was nice to have washing up liquid etc. I didn't have much of a view (no ones fault, somebody has to have a room at a low level), plenty of places to eat and a supermarket across the street.
Some of the cutlery plates wasn't clean.

- Amazing location close to Brisbane River ans CityCat ferry - Very confortable bed - Awesome shower pressure - Easy check in process, friendly staff and possibly to leave luggages at the reception for a few hours after checking out
- When we arrived, the curtains and windows were open on a 34 degrees day. It took hours before we managed to bring down the temperature in the apartment. - Very limited kitchen equipment if you cook and don’t go out to eat like me. I would have appreciated a pair of scissors, a bit more ustensiles and an oven baking sheet. - The balcony is nice but the noise from the garage ventilation underneath ruines it all

Location is great for access to ferry or bus service into the city. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and washer/dryer. Modern decor and good WiFi. There is an IGA close by for shopping. Tracy on reception was very helpful.
No spare toilet paper was provided and, as it was Sunday, the reception was closed so we had to purchase some - the smallest we could get was 6 rolls! None of the major supermarkets are close by.

Nice and clean apartment in a good neighbourhood; very comfy bed, very quiet and with a washing machine. It's far from Brisbane city centre but there's a ferry terminal close by and a bus stop. The ferry was fun and very convenient to use. There are also restaurants just in the area and a big shop opposite. Also a good vegan café not far away. It's also very conveniently located if coming from or going to Brisbane airport. The car park was free of charge which was a big plus.
Only one small criticism: there was no washing up liquid to wash the dishes by hand.

The location suited us being close to the airport and Pinkenba wharf. There were multiple restaurants and a picture theatre within a 100 metre radius. Additionally a bottle shop and large grocery store. Brett's wharf a stopping point for the Brisbane City Cats is about a 200 to 300 metre walk and it is six stops to the city and seven to Southbank. It is around a 20 to 30 minute most pleasurable ride. The unit was a good size and contained all the necessary appliances.
The only concern we had was with security. Between midnight and six am someone had inserted a key and unlocked our room door. The key was jammed in the lock and this may have saved us losing anything. It was still very unsettling.

This section of the accommodation had excellent views, friendly reception staff, the room was very spacious and comfortable, it was relatively child friendly, conveniently located to the airport, and lots of food options close by.
Carparking is very difficult to work out and the instructions don't help much. We stayed in the same accommodation a week later and it was not very nice. I recommend requesting to stay in the buildings along the river and not adjacent to the office.

The location is great facilities nearby. The room had plenty of space and comfortable seating. All of the equipment you needed was there. The parking was perfect being able to use your fob to sipe in and out and there was plenty of parking too
Needed to have access to the instructions on how to use the dryer setting on the machine otherwise all was good

great flat - excellent location
few plates, cutlery etc meant although we were only two people in a four person property. we had to use the dishwasher or wash by hand after every meal. we thought it a false economy as the cost of water, electricity etc would soon out weigh the cost of a few more plates and cutlery sets.

Perfect location close to airport, shops and dining, ferry port. Free parking on premises. Cleanliness.
Need to replace fresh pillows. It would be nice if toaster was provided and heat proof utensils for cooking. Condiments like salt,pepper,oil are not provided. We stayed for 8 days with one and a half toilet paper was provided and two sets of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Need to buy paper towel, tissue box. There's one pan and one saucepan.

Perfect location close to so many different food venues and only 10/15 mins to the CBD. Full kitchen in the apartment with a coffee machine, and even a washer/dryer. Bed was comfortable and the people in reception were lovely.
The cleaner must have been a bit busy when they cleaned our room before we got there, as there was a mug of coffee in the microwave, and the dishwasher was not unpacked and had mildew residue on it due to it being sitting in there and had to be rewashed. Otherwise, it was a great place and I would definitely go back.
