We booked two rooms and the staff confirmed my request to have them next to each other as we were travelling as a family which was very much appreciated. Loved the rooms, location and convenience. Will definitely be happy to stay here again with my family.

Just wish there was a toaster in the room as that’s the only thing my son (who doesn’t like noisy crowds of people so it’s easier to have breakfast in our room) will have for breakfast so I had to pay $6.50 to have two pieces of toast with Vegemite delivered to the room and pay an extra $7.50 for room service tray.

The staff were very friendly helpful & welcoming on arrival & during stay. Location was great for us as the accommodation was within short distance to visiting our family for the holiday season the accommodation is also a short drive to the city if you wanted to go to the city. Supermarkets were within walking distance if you needed to get anything. It has a restaurant on premises which was very nice if you like to eat out but didn't want to drive anywhere to do that also there is a pub if that is your thing but wasn't my thing.

A bit over priced but it was the Christmas season so understandable I guess. The bed was a bit soft for my liking but otherwise everything was excellent at this accommodation.

Location is fantastic, restaurant is great. Price is very good and service was more than satisfactory. Reception was extremely helpful and made sure my requests were fulfilled when possible. Room service was great, loved the food and cocktails I ordered. Glad there was a little fridge. Will be back again.

Bed had a stain on the sheets, floor was a bit gross. Only sink was the bathroom sink, so it was hard to wash our cups to use them for anything. TV remote was shocking, TV options left a lot to be desired

The hotel room was clean and spacious. The bed was very big and comfy. I arrived late evening straight from a flight into Brisbane, after 24 hours of travel, and couldn’t wait to lie down. There was a kettle and a fridge, with coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits. The bathroom was also quite large, very clean and had a bath with shower over. There was a good choice of breakfast options in the restaurant, and staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Beds were comfortable and exactly what we were looking for.

We thought that the main hall way on the second floor desperately needed a vacuum. It was something so obvious that it seemed odd that it wasn’t more clean. The shower drain also didn’t drain all the water, so the floor towel we had would be soaked. It’s another easy fix that’s disappointing. However, our individual room was very clean.

The location was excellent for our needs being not too far from the city and near our family dining experience in Brisbane East. Our room was huge. Whether or not that was because it was set up as an ambulant room (we didn't need one) I do not know but it was extremely comfortable. Undercover parking was great.

I can't blame the hotel for this, and it may have been a one-off, but it was very noisy to the extent it interfered with our sleep. A group of men were talking for some time around 10.30pm, seemingly in the corridor, and again around 1.30am. You could virtually hear everything they were saying so the internal soundproofing wasn't good. Except for that experience I would have given a 9 or 10 rating.

The staff were immensely supportive. Especially, Arabella or Bel whose friendly nature was most welcoming. The closeness of the restaurant made life easier. The room was comfortable, the bed perfect. There was ample undercover carpark & the close proximity to family made it easy to commute. Thank you.

The whole staff were friendly, obliging & supportive. The restaurant offered superb meals. The staff were understanding with my booking error when I checked out 2.5 hours late. I have apologised profusely & they didn't appear annoyed.

I thought I booked the room at the $205/night rate, but was charged $270/night. No explanation was offered...maybe the late fee kicked? I should have checked the account when final payment was made...not accusations are being made.

The Colmslie is our go-to hotel of choice for visiting Brisbane from Toowoomba. The price is right, the location is right, and the car park has loads of space. The restaurant and bar are excellent. And there's even cold beer to purchase for room service at a very good price.

The only fault we could find was that, on this visit, there was no complimentary water bottles in the rooms, which we have found in the past.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice and quiet. Great location, just out of the city. About 15 minutes drive to the Gabba (sports ground) and about 20-30 minutes from the airport (depending on traffic). Great Hotel next door with great food and decent serving sizes.
