Very comfortable bed. Comfortable lounge to sit in. Decent TV. Option for breakfast if wanted. Close to coffee shop for early morning coffee. The hosts were very obliging and helpful. We had a late arrival and they were there to greet us. How nice is that.

Would have really loved a ceiling fan in the room. Running the air conditioning is not the best solution for sleeping for many reasons. One thing we miss in a lot of motels, including this one, are hand-held shower roses. They really make a stay anywhere better in our opinion.

Spacious clean bathroom and lovely comfortable beds.

They had a lot of workman staying and the three nights we were there they congregated outside the rooms to socialise. However the loud, rhetoric, laughter and clanking of bottles made it impossible to sleep. In the morning about 6am the clanking of bottles continued as all the empties were collected. It is not conducive for young families or anyone who wants a relaxing holiday. On the last day our room was not serviced and we had no TV signal. When management were notified they did nothing to rectify either issue.

The room was clean and some nice things, like, the cups and tea making things were covered for hygiene reasons I would think, but it made us feel like the cleaning taken seriously. The bed was comfortable. The car parking spaces are large.

The queen room is not big but adequate. The shampoo provided seemed more like body wash than shampoo. My hair looked dull and even oily the next day, even though I knew it had been wash. We were only there for seven hours. Got in late and left early so we were looking for a comfortable bed and the ability to shower without unpacking the car with all our toiletries etc. it was fine for that.

The location was great. The rooms were exceptional clean to a very high standard and beds very very comfortable. We didn't use the breakfast facility however we will if we stay again as the food looked great.

This motel doesn't cater for people that are non smokers. We had a table & 2 chairs outside our window with an ashtray on it. It was to be shared with the people next to our room who unfortunately were smokers. So having people right outside our window and within 1.5metres from our door was not ideal. The smell of smoke greeted us every time we opened the door and every time we came back to go into our room.

The cleanliness of the rooms and comfort met our expectations.

Being an asthmatic the only complaint I have is that the motel provided out the front of every room seating areas with an ashtray. When you are surrounded by both sides/rooms of smoker's it came under the door into the air-conditioning or you were greeted with a friendly gusto of smoke blown in your general direction. There was two sides of rooms, perhaps if you kept one side for smokers and the other for non smokers.

Location was great, so close to everything we wanted. The breakfast was delicious….I would order a breakfast again Parking right outside the unit made it so easy to unload and load the car. The people were very friendly - everyone we spoke to were happy to help

The bed could have been a little firmer. Bit soft for our liking and felt like it tipped towards the edges. The smell of cigarette smoke wafting into the room of people smoking.

Friendly staff, rooms were in excellent condition very clean and tidy, beds were very comfy, bathrooms had everything you needed.

My power points in my room weren’t in working order. Only switches that worked to charge phones were the power points above fridge and microwave. Even my bathroom power points weren’t working.

Standard breakfast cereal package. We needed a laundry day for this stop and the coin operated washing machine and dryer were handy, clean and simple. On arrival we accidentally locked our key card inside but it was no problem with management to issue a temporary pass card.

No complaints at all. We will probably try to stay exclusively at Best Western motels in future.

Location was great. Close to main street shops and pubs. All fast food stores also close by. I loved the big bathroom with a great shower. There is also a double recliner couch in the room to watch the big wall mounted TV from. The bed was very comfortable too. We won't hesitate to stay here again.

The room is small, we were here 4 days but still functional and comfortable.

a lovely small property, only 9 units. very neat and tidy, clean and lovely friendly staff who allowed us an early check in. lovely little pool too, excellent air con.

one small detail- not enough pillows. There were two spares, but four of us. The pillows were thin and we needed more, but it was late when we got to bed, and realised we didn’t have enough.
