We liked it was large with plenty of room, the bed was very comfortable. Was clean. Laundry facilities were very handy. 99 per cent for staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Reception staff awesome. The cleaning staff very thorough and pleasant. Close to airport We would definately stay again but would skip breakfast and buy at nearby cafe

Was a bit of noise to be heard outside and didnt like chef standing next to us and staring when we serving ourselves breakfast. Did not find him pleasant at all. Was not comfortable to have breakfast, so decided to skip breakfast the next 2 days. We did ask to buy a take away cappachinno day 3, he was rude about so we left.

I loved the 24 hr service, it really made me feel safer than other hotels in Cairns. The room was great and having a full size bath to relax (10 stars) was amazing and the service was excellent with friendly guests. The views of the mountains and skyline in the mornings and evenings were very cleansing and healing.

I loved my stay however it wasn't kid friendly due to no outdoor pool or kids play area. The food wasn't the best either but it may be because of guests dining at Dunwoody's next door for the atmosphere and kids play gym.

Room was spacious and comfortable and clean. Staff were nice.

Worst breakfast ever. Paid $25 each for buffet breaky at 7.30am Consisted of trays of cold and dried up bacon and eggs and brick hard inedible hash browns. If you want fresh go at 6.30am or just order the continental option

Lovely pool, brilliant breakfast, lovely room, good parking. Was a very good stay.

Only one problem with the entire place is the lady who serves breakfast, she was rude, petty and extremely poor at her job. Kicking up a fuss, trying to make us go back up to the counter to state our room number when we provided it at the table and then letting another gentleman sit down without even asking him. I will not rate the hotel down for this however but with a recommendation for training.

The Rooms were great. Most of the staff were extremely friendly - Only 1 elder Gentlemen on the front desk who seemed cranky all the time.

Breakfast could have been a little better (for those who like and can eat what you had was perfect) for me as in catering for Vegetarians with No carbs as well. More things like, vegetables, spinach, mushrooms, (only 1 day out of 4 had tomato), For me the only thing really available which I was able to eat at breakfast was the eggs. Don't eat Pancakes or toast as they are to heavy and not in my available diet. So yes more vegetarian options would be great. I did ask 1 day if an omelette could be made hoping to get vegetables that way but was told the chef only cooked scrambled or poached to order, which was great but again could only eat egg, not vegetables available.

The staff were absolutely amazing!!. Upon arrival we told them it was our anniversary the next day.. To our surprise we had a bottle of Champagne and lovely note delivered with our breakfast.. The staff were so inviting and helpful.. Our room was spacious and extremely comfortable.. We very much enjoyed the pool!. Will definitely stay again.

The Staff!!!! Check in was a breeze with the friendly and welcoming woman.. she was also dealing with people in a very diplomatic way... The young man with red hair .. very friendly and accommodating with my request for a late check out... & the Spanish woman at Breakfast .. ALL very friendly and professional.

Breakfast was a little dismal in the offerings but I get it with the economic situation

Smart hotel with good service. Restaurant was a bonus - decent food and no need to book as quiet when we were there.

Lacking atmosphere probably because the hotel seemed extremely quiet - seemed like we were one of very few guests although that did mean we could walk straight into restaurant and got quick service

Large, comfortable room. Comfortable bed, with appropriate bedding (blanket on bed already). Large television, with access to Netflix (using your own account information). Good location, with service station next door and a variety of food options a short walk away.

Soap dish in bath/shower had pre-existing soap scum, so we did not use. Although our room was cleaned during our stay, it was not vacuumed (not a big problem for us). Restuarant was quite small, where it became difficult to walk around the furniture when other guests were also in the restaurant.

Room was very comfortable, we did only check in after 11pm off a flight and needed to get back to airport next morning for overseas leg. Included buffet breakfast was adequate. Unsure where it was positioned for town and attractions but access to airport was good. Desk staff called a taxi for us, friendly service.
