Location was central and close to the airport. The apartment was roomy and had multiple seating options inside and on the patio The pool and spa were clean and functioning The kitchen was functional and allowed us to make multiple meals at the apartment Beds were comfortable

At least one of the hotplates wasn't working. There was hair on both of the bathroom floors upon initial inspection - not matching ours The parking was very tight for my SUV so I only parked under for 1 night and then parked on the street the rest of the time

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were appreciated; going the extra mile to help with the booking of a tour and a taxi to take me back to the airport. The location was close to all the facilities I needed in Cairns - despite the heat, I was able to walk to the bustling shopping, tourist, and restaurant areas with ease. Whilst I didn't need to use all the facilities the room had to offer, it came with everything anyone would need for a self-catering stay in Cairns.

I love the location. I had a ground floor, single bedroom apartment with courtyard that opened onto the grass area and the pool. It was perfect for me. Just be aware the early flights from the airport are a bit noisy from 6 am but it didn't bother me at all.

Appartment was clean but there were a few things I did give a once over as attention to detail was a little lacking.

The apartment is spacious, with a covered garage and good WiFi. The pool was also nice.

The apartment's location was decent, although not exceptional. It was situated on one side of the esplanade, which was around 2 km away from the bustling area where you could find a plethora of pubs, restaurants, and the picturesque lagoon.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our one bedroom apartment was well appointed with a full size fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave and convection hotplates in the kitchen, a spa bath in the bathroom and washing machine and dryer behind cupboard doors in the hallway. The living area is a good size. We enjoyed eating meals on the balcony that has a view to the mountains. Tv reception was good, but tv was quite small. Parking the car in the secured underground car park was a benefit to us. This unit is in a location that is very handy to access the Cairns airport.

As non-smokers, upon entering the unit each time we could smell the lingering aroma of cigarettes from a previous tenant. Leaving the balcony door and bathroom windows open this dissipated quickly enough, but the smell would be there each time we re-entered the unit after being out and about.

The staff is helpful. The apartment is spacious for a family. Location is OK as long as you have a car. The ocean view is magnificent.

The washing machine and the dryer are a bit smelly. Shampoo, conditioner, and laundry liquid aren't replenished for free. Only one hair dryer for 2 bathrooms. The second bedroom is a bit cramped.

With 2 little boys it was great to have a playground across the road with public toilets and a coffee shop nearby. The view from our apartment was lovely with glimpses of the sea. I loved that wi fi was available in the apartment. When I arrived there was no toaster but within a very short time of advising management a brand new one was delivered.

A few little extras such as salt & pepper etc would have been nice

The apartment was a great layout with all the rooms and facilities that made it a good place for our stay in Cairns

The location near the Cairns airport was under a flight path with planes flying low creating a loud noise early morning and late evening The swimming pool was not heated relying on the sun to provide the warmth the make the water temp just bearable The distance from CBD made for a challenging return walk - there was limited public transport available

A spacious layout with a good kitchenette. It was clean with comfortable beds. The 2 bedrooms had an ensuite and a walk-through wardrobe to hang clothes. There was an undergound secure carpark and access was by elevator (lift).

We returned our hire car half way through our stay and found that the main tourist attractions were a long walk away. The use of a car is really needed to stay in the unit.

Lovely spacious apartment with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Quite close to the beach and the esplanade. Underground car parking facility was excellent, very secure. The chaps on reception, Dustin and Minh, were very helpful. Dustin in particular was helpful in contacting our car hire company when they failed to turn up the previous evening at the airport.

Nothing at all to dislike.
