It was clean and inviting The managers were fantastic they made us feel welcome,awesome customer service they suggested great places to go visit and eat the house leaning staff were great service with a smile We enjoyed our stay we didn’t want to leave we already booked again for next yr Highly recommended AAA+

There is nothing to say

The utensils, cutlery, and kitchen appliances we needed were available. The beds were comfortable and there were even soft cozy blankets which our children enjoyed which was a bonus. The bathroom was clean and so was the room. The gentleman (I think his name was Gordon) who attended to us after hours was lovely and even helped carry our luggage to our room.

A large complex with lots of apartments, it was a small but compact room. Had a nice looking pool. Close to airport. Had tea and coffee provided.

Had only 1 hotplate, would have been nine to have had an extra one. Also no instructions on how to use hotplate (you need to put a pan on there first) but staff came to explain it. Room is a bit dated

Stayed in Cairns for 3 Nights for Work, Location and Check in Service and Staff Interactions were great. Rooms were clean, well presented and comfortable. No issues with Noise or access.

the only thing i would suggest, as i do this at other locations is, an Option to Refuse towel / Linen change - To save on Laundry / Water - a Do not disturb Sign.

Dear reader, The Tropical Queenslander Hotel was very big. The Bed was efficient for What we needed, for 3 guests and was cleaned very nice. Thank you very much yours faithfully Luke

The Tropical Queenslander is a very good hotel, we are very satisfied with our stay. Their was nothing to report better.

manager was a 'good bloke' and so was his wife :-) both helped us identify activities that we would enjoy both accommodated us with storage facilities when we arrived early and departed late both were prepared to assist us outside of 'office open' hours yeah they were accommodating

I liked just about everything like the room was so neat n tidy n beautiful everything was there what U needed 😁

Seeing so many drunkness people's about n making such disturbances at night and drinking which wasn't good to see and hear

Available parking, daily room service, helpful staff, value for money, not to far from CBD and easy walk or cheap taxi fare.

Had no complaints, felt it was much better than high profile accommodation we stayed at last year.

Easy parking, easy to locate room. Twin pool, close to the esplanade, easy to find.

Our room wasn’t ready on time even though we arrived early and paid for it, around 11:30am/12pm, which I can understand. However when we came back to check-in at about 2:10pm the receptionist advised the room still wasn’t ready. I believe they gave us an alternate room due to this.

Simple and easy to book and check-in and out. They really were very comfy beds.

The children in the room next door were running around and hitting into the walls or hitting the beds into the walls quite late at night. The shower had to be left running for several minutes before hot water came through. This seems a waste of water. A man came in off the street carrying an empty milk bottle, filled it up at a tap in front of a unit then left.
