Liked the properly, staff and service. It was a very pleasant stay and very comfortable stay. The service was exceptional. When I couldn’t get a taxi ontime to get to my conference the property manager gave me a lift. Will surely return when ever we are in Cairns

Just the bath tub was old and very slippery

I love that it is a self contained apartment, with the options to cook for yourself. It is close to the Esplanade and just an overall comfortable place to stay.

Excellent location very central only minutes from the city center or to the esplanade, walking distance to several eateries, bottleshop etc . 10 minute drive to the Cairns Domestic/International Airport. Set a street back from the main highway so no road noise. These Self contained units are perfect for a holiday and are well equipped with functional kitchen, full size fridge, cooking facilities and laundry. Gated premises offering secure parking for your vehicle. Hosts John and Noutekh where lovely. We will certainly be returning.

We loved having our own apartment, especially at the end of our (campervan)trip. The rooms were very clean, kitchen well equipped, it had a sunny balcony and especially the staff were so lovely and helpful. The pool seems great, but we were too busy exploring the city. Great suggestion: the tandoori Indian restaurant around the corner!

It's about a 35 minute walk towards the lagoon, 25 to the mall. For us it was fine, actually good for a bit of exercise, but keep this in mind. Bed was a bit too soft for our liking.

From the get go, our host, John and Noutekh did everything in their power to make our stay an enjoyable one. They are very nice and accommodating. There was a little mix up with the unit which was on first floor and they fixed it straight away by giving us a ground floor dwelling as my mother is 81, and would be more comfortable with no stairs to climb. The unit was really spacious, had all the cooking facilities, beds were comfy and fans and air cons in very good condition, working perfectly. It's only a five minute drive to the Marina, Casino, Rusty Markets, cafés, restaurants and Cairns Central Shopping centre. We will be back for sure. Thank you John and Noutekh.

We were in Apartment 10 which is on the ground floor. Shower over bath arrangement. The bath is marked and despite a non-slip mat being provided it still moves underfoot. This set up does date the bathroom. The bed is on the hard side (acknowledged that for some people this would not be an issue) The private outdoor area at the rear of the apartment is not a particularly inviting space.

This was a secure place to stay. The facilities although basic and dated were lovely and clean and appropriately priced to reflect the dated decor. The air conditioning was great but the highlight for me was definitely the pool.

Getting into this very secure facility in the first place. Our plane was very late and therefore so were we. However we couldn’t raise anyone to gain access and the part where you key in the code was nowhere near the gate and therefore in the dark couldn’t be found.

Koala Court has everything you could possibly need! Free parking, a pool, super friendly staff, and plenty of space in the apartment - with all amenities to boot! The in-apartment washer and dryer was a lifesaver on our travels, too - and we got some good night's sleep as it was in a residential, quiet area. It was super good value for money.

The area isn't the most central, but you could walk to Cairns in 20+ minutes.

I have a family of 5 so it was good we got to relax with much needed space and air con

it took about 20 minutes to get into our room they did try to put us into another room without air con in the lounge room, my partner would not have that also seeing as we have a newborn and we’re looking forward to a movie night with the kids in the lounge though they did give us a choice and we chose to wait until our proper room was prepared… we would wait in another room but not allowed to touch the beds until we got to our proper room

Excellent location with very friendly and helpful staff. Always wanted to help if in need. Nice quite area with specious room and kitchen. Only 5 minutes drive to the main city area and close to CAIRNS Masjid/Mosque. We loved the property.

It's an old establishment, but well maintained. Our dining are didn't have sufficient light, as few outlets were without bulb.
