Excellent ocean view & of the Esplanade foreshore. Great walking paths & exercise equipment opposite. Central to nearby eateries & easy walk into city centre. Underground car parking as well las rear entrance upper-level short term drop off or pick up. Large apartment suited to a family. With air con on no street noise & generally not much traffic sound as very reduce speed limit. Right next door to Cairns Hospital so very suited to visiting hospitalized family. Staff friendly & obliging - willing to assist any queries. Overall excellent stay.

Couple of minor screw driver fixes, which I'm sure has been attended to after mentioning. Built in cupboards - heaps of hanging rails in both bedrooms - an advantage would be free standing set of shelves to at least put clothes somewhere. Bedside drawers hold very little.

I stayed in this beautiful apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It boasts two spacious balconies overlooking a nearby bay with a promenade. The peaceful neighborhood is around a 20-minute walk to the main marina. Within a 10-minute radius, you'll find plenty of restaurants and cafes. The apartment is well-equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, and all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay. One of its highlights is the highly efficient air conditioning, and it comes with an added bonus of underground parking with a dedicated space. All information about the apartment, as well as details about the surroundings, is easily accessible. A notable feature is the option to use the on-site pool, which adds to the appeal of this place. Everything is kept very clean and tidy, making it a worthwhile choice.

We had an amazing view out over the water from our apartment, with a lovely table and chairs so we could sit out and enjoy our morning coffee. The air conditioning system was great, easy to use and well zoned. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and to cook our own meals, which was important for us.

The light in the main room flickered so we couldn’t use it (I’m sure they would have fixed it if we asked) and the shower tap in the main bathroom leaked and spilled onto the floor.

Location is great. 5 minute walk to Cock and Bull pub for hearty traditional meals. One of Main street to CBD Outdoor area surrounding gardens is a huge plus to the swimming pool that caters to all age groups. Water is nice and smooth and is a delight to swim in. We had a 2bedroom with all the timings. Aircon nd fans work well and is a must. Beds are super duper comfy. The receptionist was lovely, softly spoken and always on hand to meet our needs.

The spa bath which you walked up steps to get into. Marble tiles which were slippery posing a safety risk if not careful.

The facilities were exceptional. The kitchen appliances outstanding and the shower was great. It was spacious.

It was right in the flight path for the airport so expect to be woken at 6 am when flights start for the day. Also next to the hospital so we heard the medi helicopter a few times. Also a pet hate of mine is that the curtains were hanging off their tracks. The beds were comfortable but on wheels that rolled around on the tiled floor.

Great location. Large, well laid out flat with large master bedroom. Great views from front or side facing flats (we had #24) Soundproofed Cool coffee table and chairs!

Bed way too soft for our taste. Older place. Pipes knocking every time water is drawn. Some minor things need fixing: cabinets doors, shower curtain in master bath, ill-fitted toilet seats. Other parts of the flat could be improved. They are working to improve things.

A very spacious 2 bedroom apartment with excellent views to Trinity Bay. The location is very good. The TV is big, the couches are comfortable. The lady at reception was friendly and helpful. The pool is good. The apartment and grounds are secure. There is a parking spot for a car.

It would be good if there was a coffee plunger supplied. The clothes drawers in the walk-through robe in the main bedroom/ bathroom area need replacing. The spa next to the pool didn't seem to work. The air conditioner is a little noisy, but ok and works fine otherwise.

The 2-bed ground floor apt was very nice and well equipped, with plenty of space. Lili at reception was very pleasant and accommodating. Over 9 nt stay apt was serviced once, which was Ok but maybe twice over that time better. A little more information on the property e.g. bin locations, servicing, operation of jacuzzi etc. would have been helpful. BBQ facilities would be a bonus but overall, very happy. Location was excellent for our purpose..

Lovely big appartment. Clean and comfortable and had everything you needed Had room 13 on the third floor. Spacious balconies overlooking water and park. Pool was spotless and most of the time we had it too ourselves

Was a little noisy on the balcony.but soundproof inside.A big walk for two in our seventies into the main parts of town. A twenty minute for one. Fifty for the other A second telly in the bedroom would have been nice. Few things needed a bit of a fix-up

Friendly staff, very helpful! Very close to the hospital! Had to fly from Sydney to Cairns due to family emergency. Whilst circumstances weren‘t great we had a very convenient stay and we thank 181 The Esplanade for accommodating us the way they have been! Very grateful that we were allowed early check-in and were able to book additional days on day by day basis as we weren’t sure how long we would have to stay!! Thanks again! Pool facilities were lovely. Apartment was very spacious with a nice view!!
