Excellent location, great view, very clean unit and resort complex, well designed unit layout that gave privacy and prevented noise from being heard from other units, welcoming and hospitable staff, luggage trollies, plenty of parking, excellent wifi.

It could be noisy late afternoons and evenings on days when the Indian restaurant at the site was open. The scraping of chairs being pushed out or in at the dining tables sounded like chairs were being dragged across the floor in the unit above us, although they weren't, it was just the way the sound travelled.

The 3rd floor apartment in which we stayed was very good; all rooms were a good size and well maintained and furnished. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessary items for self cstering. The apartment had a view out to the bay and a balcony looking out to the bay. There were a number of restaurants within 5 minutes walking. distance. Secure car parking was available in the basement. The swimming pool was a reasonable size and warmed. The beach was just across the road. Traffic during the day could be noisy at times, but quiet at night. The manager was very welcoming, friendly and helpful..We would definately stay there again.

Our two bedroom unit was unexpectedly large and spotlessly clean, with beach views. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. There is an Indian restaurant onsite and a Dominos pizza place and cafes/restaurants within close walking distance. The unit was well equipped with plenty of storage and the bathroom was spacious. I slept like a log both nights we were there!

Hard to find fault but the unit was a little dated (e.g. floor coverings, furniture). There is a single bathroom, no ensuite. If you can, take your own food if arriving on a Monday and not wanting to drive for food. None of the restaurants/cafes nearby (except Dominos) were open.

If we were closer to the beach, our feet would have got wet at high tide! Unit was well appointed and had everything we needed. Great restaurants either side of the resort and all within easy walking distance. Off street parking. Quiet at night even though the resort is located on the main drag. Taxi service was quick and easy to access. had a blast on an Eco tour out to an island at sunset. Petrol was cheaper than Brisbane! Host was an easy going type of guy with a quick smile and a lovely personality. For the price .... this place rocks!

The ONLY minus was the 1 ply toilet paper. Really don't understand the commercial reality behind ALL resort type accommodation buying cheap "no name" toilet paper. People just use 3 or 4 times as much. Buy decent toilet paper!

How well equipped the apartment was, and how well maintained the apartment was given the age of it. We were pleasantly surprised! Very comfortable bed and very clean apartment. Great location and fantastic facilities.

It would have been great to open the balcony doors right up, as only one side would open. But that’s because when the building was first constructed that’s how the balcony doors were made. If the owners decide to renovate in the future, installation of bifold doors would be a game changer!

Clean, comfortable, well situated unit. Nice Indian restaurant downstairs. Friendly staff. Good view from our unit. There was a good sized kitchen, well appointed. Nice pool area, too.

The only downside was the unit was on the western end of the building, so we had afternoon sun. The second bedroom had no aircon, & that combined with the sun and the hot water system being in the cupboard made that room very hot & uncomfortable. The ceiling fans didn't really work well, either.

The accommodation was easy to get to and located relatively close to things. I like the fact it had undercover car park. The apartment was a good size.

I was disappointed with the view. Advertised as bay views and the apartment did face the bay however, the esplanade is lined with large trees so you cant see the water at all. The tennis court couldnt be used as it was under repair and this was a reason we booked this accommodation. The apartment was good however there was a lack of power points in the kitchen. You had to move the microwave is you wanted a toaster and electric jug plugged in at same time.

Friendly service. Modern facilities in great condition. Very clean. Lovely view from balcony, good outdoor setting. Beach towels hired cheaply for week. Nice aspect for sea breeze, did not use air conditioner. Ceiling fans in bedroom and sitting area useful. Good bathroom facilities. Plenty of glasses, crockery and cookware. Indian restaurant in complex, very nice food

We liked everything. Traffic noise from balcony could not be avoided at a busy time like Christmas.

Everything! Management and Staff were so friendly helpful overall amazing! My room top floor was beautiful clean and overlooked the beach across the road. It was so close to everything for food, shops,beach.It was home away from home so relaxing and quiet.Bonus Indian resturant in the Resort very nice.The pool also was beautiful! I can't wait to visit again Thank you to all at Resort we all had a wonderful stay!!

We had an awesome 2 bedroom unit on the corner of the complex. The view from our balcony was amazing of the beach and the pool. The Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Booking in was great. The best and most pleasant I have experienced in a long time. Booking out was just as easy. We were able to use pool noodles at no charge which my Mum loved and needed. The pool is 'beach-entry' like walk in so very easy for my elderly Mum to enjoy a swim once she accessed the pool area. The on-site Indian restaurant was excellent. Many other places to eat nearby. Very happy with our stay and will definately be back in a few weeks when we visit my Mum again

I was staying at the accommodation for the long weekend with my elderly Mum whom lives in Residential aged care close by. We were very disappointed and surprised when we realized there was no air-con is the second bedroom. The temps on the weekend were 29-30 degrees C, humidity high which made sleeping not so pleasant for her. Also access to get to the lovely pool was too far to walk when there was only steps to get direct access to pool gate. We needed to guide Mum, whom uses a wheeled walking aid, down a long ramp, thru the carpark & bins, along the road footpath back to the entrance to the motel to access the pool gate. Very long way for a person with a compromised heart and needed to rest before reaching the pool gate :-(
