The space available and a bathroom seperate from the bedrooms

Cannot change the design, but with cooler than expected weather and quite strong winds, having louvres instead of fixed windows resulted in the apartment being quite cold at times

Great location on the edge of the town centre. The apartment was very clean and presented vert well. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable not too hard, and each had its own bathroom.The kitchen was well appointed with utensils & crockery ect. The pool area is private and quite . Parking was excellent in the basement . Would highly recommend and I will stay at this accommodation.

Couple of minor items , kettle leaked water but this was replaced on the spot with a new one.

The location was excellent, perhaps 50m to my favourite coffee shop. All kitchen utensils etc were provided and in good order (not something I always see). Rooms nicely furnished and good size, air conditioning worked a treat when needed.

On second floor, despite being only two flights of stairs, it was a marginal distraction but shouldn't be a concern unless climbing impaired. The garden and swimming pool though nice was limited in size. If many guests had wanted to use it at the same time it wouldn't have worked well. But the beach and its sunbeds are maybe 250m away.

Really clean rooms, great facilities and walking distance to everything. Staff were really friendly as well.

The Wifi wasn't great. It was really weak and was really fustrating give it wasn't even the peak season. There is no lift so you need to make sure you are good with stairs and lifting your luggage up a few sets of stairs.

Great location with walking distance to shops and beach. Friendly staff who were happy to accommodate our needs. Enjoyed the pool area, our balcony & free car parking on site.. Modern apartment with the necessary facilities. Loved the vibe of Port Douglas.

Had the front apartment, so it was a little noisy in the evenings and early morning mainly with traffic. The trees in front of our balcony provided great shade and privacy but left us with no view.

Great location. Close to everything. I like having the choice to cook at the apartment or dining out so having a fully self equipped kitchen was perfect for us. The staff were great, they booked a tour and return transport for us. Gave us lots of advice on where to explore and restaurants. Perfect weather in June. Would love to revisit.

There was nothing I didnt like

perfect location for the beach, restaurants and shopping. the apartment was very well equiped, clean, bright and airy. beds were comfortable. pool was a great option when it was too windy for the beach. well protected from the wind. Sue and Michelle were FANTASTIC. I even got a call from them during my stay just to make sure everything was OK.

pillows and sun lounges but hey the benefits of this place far out weighed these two issues.

Apartment was lovely. Location was perfect. Pool is small but with a really lovely garden area with sun beds in shade or full sun depending on your mood.

More supplies such as toilet paper and dish tablets would have been helpful rather than running out and having to ask.

Close to Main Street and beach of Port Douglas Great pool.

No screens on windows. It looked like they had sprayed around doors because there were dead fly's every day. I am really against any sort of chemical spray as we have enough chemicals in our lives as it is. But other people might be fine with that.

Lovely greeting upon arrival. Comfortable bed. Excellent air con. Good shower pressure. Clean and tidy. Spacious living area and rooms. Good private parking. Excellent location close to Main Street.

Pod coffee machine but no pods supplied.
