Rocky Resort Motor Inn

Motel exceeded expectations. The room was very clean which was a positive for me as I easily get allergies if there is a lot of dust. The bathroom was perfectly clean and it looked like all the amenities were well maintained. There was plenty of parking available on site. The motel is also across the road from a petrol station which makes it easy to get any small bits needed late at night. The bed was comfortable with the air con to the side which worked well and kept the room cool. There was plent of storage space and the wardrobes and cupboards were all very clean.

Nothing to dislike. Everything was in working order and very well maintained.

Everything. Very clean too. Room set up was an absolute winner. Staff were amazing and very attentive. Went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Was nice to have a restaurant there with nice home cooked food rather than having takeout every night.

Can’t fault it actually. Except, couldn’t find a recycling bin so I took mine with me

Was close to the train station. Was exactly what I was after, simple room with the basics. The room was clean and tidy, beds were comfy, air con worked and had a great shower. The staff were helpful when I spoke to them and had everything sorted for me as we arrived late at night.

Nothing that I didn't like.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful we especially enjoyed the restaurant and breakfast, the food was absolutely delicious. Thanks to all the staff that made our stay an enjoyable one. Regards Waine and Wendy.

The only drawback was the traffic noise but that's what happens when you are next to a highway, but no trouble falling asleep.

Welcomed by courteous staff member. A pleasant stay after a long days travel.

Too many drinks etc in small bar fridge making difficult to use this facility for other items requiring refrigeration.

Location was great, nice decor and room with a nice view of the park. Parking right outside the door was possible, but not allocated parking. Great showers.

No milk given in the room, but staff were very helpful, I’m sure it would have been given if we’d asked. Pool had high chlorine level.

There was a minor defect in my room. I informed the staff and it was fixed by the time I got back. I also left a charging cable to an obscure smart watch in my room. I remembered a few days later, contacted the hotel, and they found it. The staff are excellent. Highly recommended.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I booked a king suite and the room was very spacious and clean. We ordered room service for dinner and our meals were delicious and reasonably priced. A hot breakfast was included in my package and it was delivered to our room, at the time that we requested. Breakfast was also delicious and all of our meals were of very ample sizes. The motel was in a good location, right next door to a service station and there was a supermarket and many takeaway food options only a short drive away.

Good size room. We had the king suite. Bathroom great. For being on the highway it was quiet in the room.

Hard bed, wiped the table that was splotchy and the cloth had a yellow oil or whatever on it. Walls could do with a brightening up, maybe some fresh paint.

Spacious room with very comfortable beds, soft towels. Great location, good size coffee mugs.

No extra pillows, no hair dryer, no pressure in shower, bed location strange with bed light right in the middle of bed head. Room booked for 3 adults... towel rail could only to hang 2 towels folded. Previous guest milk was still in fridge.
