Excellent location and easy to find with very friendly and accommodating staff. After originally being placed in a top floor room (which our elderly bulldog would have had terrible trouble getting to), the lovely receptionist did everything she could to move us to a ground floor room which was excellent as they were booked out, and we really appreciated it. Nice big rooms with very comfy beds. The bathroom was in need of renovating but was still fine. There seemed to be a few people staying with their pets but we didn't hear any of them. All in all, a very comfortable stay.

The room was newly renovated, so it was very clean and fresh. The bed was a King, which is what we are used to and therefore was greatly appreciated. We were travelling with our dog, and the facility was great in accepting our fur baby.

I would have preferred a room on the ground floor when travelling with a dog as I had to walk downstairs in the middle of the night to take her out to do her business. My husband has bad lungs, so climbing stairs with luggage is a challenge for him. I have to remember to request a ground floor as no lifts are provided.

I needed a pet friendly accommodation. First impression was great, the staff at the reception was very friendly. Got a ground level apartment. Really impressed with the cleaness. My pet where hidden under the bed and have to move the bed to take her out of it, I though it will be dusty as it is an area no one see, but even under the bed, the floor was spotless. Price was affordable, location was fantastic, close to Aldi and several dinning places. Included breakfast. Bed was comfortable and no noise people or parties at night, so I will definitely will be staying here now, every single time I have to travel through Rocky.

Everything was amazing in this place, but I may suggest an body lotion in the bathroom. I had a lovely hot shower, but after it my hands were a bit dry and I did not have any hand cream or body lotion with me. I little one in the bathroom would have been great. Apart from that, I enjoyed my stay and want to thank you for the great experience I had.

I have stayed at the Zed motel before. The rooms have been updated with new flooring and furniture (stayed in the pet friendly room). Only stayed one night, and it was just what we needed. Option to have breakfast in room a plus as we left early. Also enjoyed seating out front of room.

Parking for room 10 was a tad tight.

We travelled through extremely heavy rain 2 cars, trailer and 2 dogs we were both very tired. On arrival your staff were wonderful, had parking ready for our trailer and cars. We couldnt fault you all being pet friendly is an extra bonus. Thanks so much, have recommended you to our friends and family.

Location was excellent for travelling through Rockhampton. Room was comfortable and clean, and allowed us to have our old dog in the room. Continental breakfast (cereal, bread for toast, milk etc) was provided to have in your room which was very convenient. Free access to washing machine and dryer is a bonus.

There was some shouting from another unit early in the morning.

This motel is exceptional value for money, with light breakfast included (cereal and toast). Although no beauty from the street, once inside, our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and our poodle was welcome. .

On-site parking is quite tight when the motel is full and rooms are not very soundproof.

We stayed here 3yrs ago and enjoyed our stay both times. Free use of laundry facilities, free breakfast, free portable cot for our baby. Massive family room on the ground floor with free parking. Very affordable stay and friendly staff. We even had to drive back as we left a pillow in the room and reception had it put aside for us

The property was in a good location easy to find, Staff were great on check in as we arrived a little earlier and rooms were ready and was just nice to have that

The only thing is the noise from the highway but nothing can really be done about that and the fact it was Pet friendly was great

Very clean rooms, perfect for an overnight stop with a family, not for light sleepers due to tucks roaring past at night on the main strip. We aren’t light sleepers so it was perfect will be back if we travel thru again. Great value for money.
