Great location, close to the Broadwater. Everything was only a walk away. I liked the fact that there were 2 x exits to the property; one on Marine Parade and the other on the GC Highway. We could just walk across the GC Highway to a few restaurants and food outlets.

Walking up 3 x flights of stairs after running a marathon was tough. But that's okay; I knew it was a distinct possibility, so it didn't deter me. Really nothing I could complain about. The reception area was a bit hidden, but there was adequate signage to find it.

We stayed for 4 nights, had activities booked all around GC and the fact it was close to everything, easy access, quiet road, location was PERFECT. Everything I could've asked for. Secure parking was a major thing for me as I had a rented car and the fact it comes with guaranteed parking spot in the basement was a great bonus. My group and I liked everything. No complaints about anything. The swimming pool was great finisher after being out doin activities in the gold coast. Very clean facility and great staff.

Location, pool, price, and with a park across the road, and within walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. and only a 10-15 min drive to theme parks and the heart of Surfers Paradise. We will definitely be staying here again next time we holiday on the Gold coast.

Everything was good, friendly accommodating staff. Apartment was located in a great position within the complex and a great size. However the main bed was little on the small side and a little uncomfortable i.e hard. Other than that everything was 5 star.

Really enjoyed our stay. It served all our needs. Check-in procedure was easy. Parking area below was spacious. Our room was in a great position. Quiet. We really enjoyed the pool. We especially liked the location. It's in a very convenient position in town, close to where we wanted to visit. The further down the coast you go, the more chaotic traffic gets, so Labrador/Southport area suited us well. Thankyou

we wanted two apartments and thought they would be on the same level as each other. but they were not , they were one above the other. We checked out of one of the appartments one day early to be informed we should have checked out of middle level and remained in the third floor But as my mum was elderly and we were not informed which one need to be vacated we vacated the highest level first to make easier for our mother …apartments suitable for younger generation not an 80+ yr old lady as she found it hard to manage all of the stairs …

Great location. It is not the newest place but with such great price, you cannot complain... We went for Bushwalking at Springbrook national park ,waterfall area with our 3yr old boy. Driving distance Not far from Springbrook national park. Also close to any other famouse places such as surfers paradise and soutport. Dinner time we walked to local Tepanyaki japanese restaurant, great time for all of our family.

Cleaness level. There were two long black curly hairs in the bathroom drawers... apart from that, mattresses were comfortable, interior was modern and reasonable. The reception staff is friendly too. The swimming pool was big enough and nice to play and chill out.

Location was great. Parks across the road and a path all the way along the waters edge. Our apartment was very spacious, 2 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry, kitchen, dining and lounge downstairs and main bedroom and ensuite upstairs. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to stay in and cook rather than go out. Beds were comfy. Housekeeping was very good, everything was nice and clean.

The only downside to our stay was the lack of a lift. We were on the top floor, which meant a climb of 3 flights of stairs. Having lots of luggage meant multiple trips between the car and our room, which was very exhausting!

In general it was very comfortable and accommodation had everything we needed.. location was great ..very nice stay... lovely pool

Felt some better outdoor seating on balcony would have been nice and four chairs not two to accommodate everyone. A larger drying rack for washing..... Floor very slippy when wet a mop in room would have been useful when floor was wet. Some cups were needing replacement as too old /stained to use leaving only two decent big mugs good enough to use. Internet connection not the best ..fans could use a clean....these are all things to help improve things .. constructive criticism.. otherwise facilities very good ..live in managers were fantastic if any issues arose..very comfortable and great location ...great pool

Location was excellent and the accommodation was great value for money.

The sliding door and sliding flyscreen got stuck a lot of times. The facility needed better cooking equipment - a non stick frypan and another roasting stay would be good. Television was a pain to use as the control didn't always work.

Location was good. Food places within walking distance. Beaches walking distance. Pool was great and my grandson was in it everyday. Met some lovely people staying also. Perfect for our holiday and requirements.

The floors were a bit dirty. We bought a mop to clean them as our feet were black after walking on the tiles. Other than that, everything was good.
