I liked that it was about 10 - 20 minutes from almost everything we did. It was clean and the kids loved having their own room. It was nice to have more room during a longer stay instead of all being jammed into 1 hotel room.

It would have been nice to have a laundry basket and the washer & dryer could be updated and a new frying pan would be great. But they worked and it was nice to be able to do laundry. They should mention that they stop in and change out towels and change bedding during longer stays as we were a bit surprised to return and see that someone had been in our apartment. It would just be nice to know.

First contact was superb! Our request for an earlier check in was well and truly accommodated and with zero fuss. Both front counter clerks were incredibly friendly! The rooms were sleek, clean, and modern. Bathroom facilities were generously sized and well stocked! The pool was the perfect temperature. We had lighting issues in the BBQ and pool area the first night, but these were fixed on the second night. Close proximity to ALDI, a chemist, cafes, and waterviews. This place offers everything you need for 2 nights or 20.

The person answering the after-hours assistance helpline was not helpful at all when I called to advise we were cooking in the dark as the lights were not working. Their words were 'reception is closed, we can't help you with the lights at the pool'. Considering I got their number FROM the pool area, I was pretty disappointed with their response. I reported this issue (and afterhours lack of assistance) to reception the following day, and it was resolved immediately. Sounds like the person answering after hours was in a could not be bothered mood.

Nice location. The apartment was clean. Pool area was nice. Secure parking in garage with extra allocated park at the back of the apartment for extra or large vehicle. Aldi and a nice cafe that makes great coffee, smoothies and hot breakfast across the road. Bonus toilet downstairs. Washing machine and dryer.

There was no air conditioning in the second bedroom upstairs. Some of the utensils were dirty so I had to wash all of the cutlery prior to using. The frypan supplied is bent. The clothes dryer is very noisy, almost sounds like it's got something wrong with it, there is a clothes line however all of the pegs are perished and it was raining on and off. Minor things though, we enjoyed our stay.

The price point and the amenities it had was everything I needed. Good location for us too. Will stay there again.

The only thing I will say is the floors were slippery. Too much soap on them from not dried off after cleaning. Which isn’t a bad thing but could have been, my teenage daughter slipped and nearly hurt herself. Maybe just dry off floors and less bleach used. Nothing major just thought might be noted for there cleaners. Otherwise will Defs book again for future sporting events.

Right next to shops, cafe and restaurant and very happy to have a garage for my car. The booking staff are so lovely and helpful, the property itself neat and clean and spacious.

This is a very close density family complex. Not the fault of the property but it is very noisy with cars, screaming children, people coughing for 3 days straight and banging gates and vehicles hitting speed bumps. If you’re not used to that (like I am not) then you might find it irritating.

The room was lovely and clean, more than enough space considering how cheap the room was! We were blown away by how comfortable this was room was to stay in, especially considering the price. Staff were lovely and beyond helpful! 10/10, I would definitely come back to stay here again.

The stairs were a little tricky to navigate and we had to be careful with our toddler because the door handles were low enough for her to open her bedroom door and go wandering downstairs at night. However, the stairs were no surprise to us and we just made arrangements accordingly.

It appeared the house was unused for a while the beds undoubtedly were freshly made but the attention to cleanliness of the actual unit was average, dust in corners and hair definately not mine in bathroom on floor. On the need to use a large carving knife it was coated with cheese on the blade and needed to be scrubbed before use. The unit itself was nice.

The place is nice and awesome. Enjoyed a lot. Clean and neat.

What we didn't like is that the other big room on the right hand side does not have AC's on. The sun whine towards that room making it scorching hot from 9am towards the end of the day. Also, the tile floors are making a sound when you walk upstairs. I do not know if the floor is breaking or what. There should also be a room service or atleast light housekeeping if staying 3 days pr more and not for 7 days. Although we keep our rooms and the unit neat and tidy and no damages, I think that would be a good idea to implement by the direct hotels in the future.

Such nice townhouses and units. Very comfortable beds. Love the privacy of the place and the parking is great. Didn't use the pool. Very spacey. Great value. Coffee and tea supplied 😁 qould definitely go back

We did have some large noticeable mould growing in carport on the wall, and the air-conditioning had the black speckles on the fan blades, which scared me. I included a photo One of the townhouses we rented for family had a broken table that wobbled, so they couldn't use it

The house is very nice is cozy and clean. Everything is modern and it was a very nice stay. And it is a quiet area :)

Unfortunately it is quite far from the sea and the city so I discourage coming here if you don't have a car, because the transportation is inconvenient and not very well organized. Another little thing is that in the bathroom in the master bedroom, the fan to ventilate the bathroom that turned on when you turned on the light made really a lot of noise. So much noise that it could be heard all over the house.
