It was raining alot and we arrived at our accommodation 30 minutes earlier than check in. I called and asked if I could check in early and the lady said yes. The staff were so accommodating as I had my baby and 2 small girls with me, it made the trip so much easier. The room was right next to the pool which we were grateful for. Everything worked as it should be and the bistro was definitely walking distance. The food was yummy and they had a kids area to keep the little ones entertained

The room smelled heavily like cleaning chemicals upon arrival.

We have stayed here for the last four years due to booking the apartment and being able to cook our own meals. Location is ideal for our purpose of travelling.

There was a bucket on the floor in the middle of lounge area as there were leaking holes in the roof. Every year we have received a breakfast pack for every family member for the duration of the stay, except for this year so we had to go and purchase these items. We could not access the pool area until the hotel opened as our key did not work on the back gate.

Great location - excellent staff - cosy rooms. Aircon quite noisy but it blocked out any other noise and we slept really well. Beds very comfortable. Daily room service was appreciated, including fresh water

there weren't any tea bags, only coffee and sugar. not guaranteed a car park but they arent far away if you feel comfortable having your car out of sight

Perfect location, so easy. Clsoe to every shop you could want and a minute or two drive to wherever we needed to be. And free drinks and discounted meals downstairs just topped it off! Really lovely people, great location, and adorable sunny balcony. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Tiny bit noisy but that's completely acceptable given the handy location

The check-in and desk staff just went above and beyond. Cleaning was done as we kind of had a bit of a disaster with the rain, and they came straight away to fix everything straight up. The location was great near shops and a lovely place for dinner (would not be good on a weekend with kids).

The internet and locality was perfect for what I needed. It was walking distance to the Kawana Beach Surf Club and the service of the hotel and the bar was great.

The smoking section of the pub was wafting into my room so it meant i had to close the door - which was a shame as i was enjoying the Queensland warmth!

Simple place for a convenient stay, allows one night bookings on weekends which was helpful for us. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable with free drink voucher and discount on food at the pub next door.

The pub patrons cut through to their cars past the accommodation and make noise at night, signs are really not enough to stop that - maybe swipe cards on the gates?

Location was good for what we needed, we travelled up for the marathon but would definitely return. The bar and restaurant area is beautiful and relaxing and made us wish we were staying long enough to enjoy more. Staff everywhere were so friendly, welcoming and professional.

Only comment would be that the single bed in the room moved around a bit so my friend was woken up a little during the night. My queen bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby.

The pub next door made it easy with our toddler to get dinner and meals. Our room backed on to the gated pool which was very handy. Staff cleaned the room really well and were generous with shampoo, conditioner etc

Pool had a little bit of leaves and debris in it.

Great location, with a nice bar & restaurant attached. Nice, big, quiet room with comfy bed.

The hotel was perfect. One minor problem is that people who are not guests of the hotel use the hotel car park, so sometimes parking is an issue.
