Clean and comfortable bed. This is a basic no frills offering. Everything worked and was functional, shower was a small space though amd the water pressure had odd moments. Pub adjacent served great food - as a single lady traveller, it is worth being aware this is a tradies pub (be ready for the Friday night cohort). Everyone was friendly etc. just loud at times. Parking - option to park in shopping centre carpark felt a bit odd and removed from location, but the unlit carpark next to the motel wasn’t ideal. No breakfast options available at accommodation, need to get in the car for breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable. The room was close to the shops and beach. Complimentary water was appreciated. The room was spacious and with the balcony door open there was a lovely afternoon breeze.

The smoke detector went off both nights without any warning. This needs to be looked at. The room would have been very quiet had this not happened and it was very annoying. I also heard another alarm going off during the night as well. The outdoor table needs replacing as the Laminex was peeling off and chipboard rotting.

The bed was comfortable and the curtains assured privacy, it was reasonably clean. Location was perfect.

Table and chair was a little basic. A microwave would have been good. I had trouble working the TV and there was a cockroach but its hot weather so you do get the odd one. Noises in the roof woke me up a few times the first night there, noisy tenants upstairs maybe? There was a noise that kept emitting randomly from the aircon.

It was raining alot and we arrived at our accommodation 30 minutes earlier than check in. I called and asked if I could check in early and the lady said yes. The staff were so accommodating as I had my baby and 2 small girls with me, it made the trip so much easier. The room was right next to the pool which we were grateful for. Everything worked as it should be and the bistro was definitely walking distance. The food was yummy and they had a kids area to keep the little ones entertained

The room smelled heavily like cleaning chemicals upon arrival.

We have stayed here for the last four years due to booking the apartment and being able to cook our own meals. Location is ideal for our purpose of travelling.

There was a bucket on the floor in the middle of lounge area as there were leaking holes in the roof. Every year we have received a breakfast pack for every family member for the duration of the stay, except for this year so we had to go and purchase these items. We could not access the pool area until the hotel opened as our key did not work on the back gate.

The location is fabulous and centrally located. We were offered a complimentary drink and 10% off our meals at the restaurant and bar which has great food, fast service and friendly accommodating staff. Quiet undisturbed room with a balcony.

The beds are not comfortable unless you like a very soft and saggy nights sleep.

Location was exceptional. Walking distance to bottle shop, IGA and dinner. Was excellent to get $10 off drinks and 10% off dinner - this was not expected so was a lovely surprise. Supplied bottled water was excellent - don’t like tap water.

I could hear the neighbours moving around at night and the shower cubical was very small. Would have liked a wine glass in the room.

Located conveniently and central to shops , food outlets and the beach

The pool could do with some maintenance - and a grab rail at the stairs of the pool would of been handy - Also something to stop the beds from moving - as we both nearly fell off them while moving up or down

Comfortable, clean and tidy. Opens to the pool (although we didnt use it). Handy to restaurants, shopping mall- 5 mins away from the beach. Literally tavern by the water right next door. very handy.

Smell of cigarettes coming from the tavern but no biggie. we just closed the doors :)

Great location - excellent staff - cosy rooms. Aircon quite noisy but it blocked out any other noise and we slept really well. Beds very comfortable. Daily room service was appreciated, including fresh water

there weren't any tea bags, only coffee and sugar. not guaranteed a car park but they arent far away if you feel comfortable having your car out of sight
