The one bedroom unit was spacious and very comfortable for us (seniors). It was very clean. The kitchenette was well equipped, but does not have cooking facilities, except for microwave, toaster and electric jug, which was all we needed (all crockery and cutlery was provided). Staff were very friendly and helpful. The tourist information provided made our holiday easier. There was good parking, and the surrounding area is very quiet. It was good to use the Motel as a base from which we went out touring each day, and then return to a comfortable place to R&R. WiFi was good and fast.

The motel and its rooms were a bit dated and could do with some "sprucing up". But the room was spotless and well equipped. The large step into the bathroom from the bedroom was something we were careful of.

The 2 bedroom family unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a big screen TV, bath tub and a pool which were great for the kids. Undercover parking was spacious and easy to access. Friendly staff who checked in if everything was fine.

Washing machine in the unit wasn't working. However, there was a common washing machine and laundry available for use, which was helpful.

The staff were very helpful, we called to see if we were able to check in early and Toni was only to happy to help with this request. The room was very clean, inviting, and had everything we needed for a home away from home :) The bed was warm and comfortable and the TV was a good size 😊

Bathroom is a bit outdated. But didn’t affect the stay :)

We always stay here. The units are really big with all the amenities of home. They are such value for money in being able to relax in comfort without being cramped.

We are prepared to overlook the age of the place for all the other positive things it has to offer. Thank you.

Very lovely and helpful staff. Rooms are perfect for our overnight trips to Brisbane and Toowoomba. Central to loads of shops and restaurants. Beds are fitted with electric blankets which are great for winter. Place is clean and quiet.

Beds aren't very comfortable but It does the job for an overnight stay. We always bring our own pillows so that helps.

Good spot, olderstyle Motel in quiet location. We stayed in budget family room so very happy with space and teamaking.

We realised why a photo of the bathroom in this room was not shown its very small and old but not cleaned well either which was disappointing.

I was very happy with our stay, it was very clean and comfortable and my children loved it! Staff were well mannered and helpful. A room On the bottom floor would definitely be helpful with kids, and parking was very tight and awkward but all in all very happy thank you for a lovely stay, look forward to coming back I summer .

Parking too tight and awkward. Room was a bit far from car park with a tribe of little ones.

Nice big apartment with plenty of room for the kids. Very clean and manager was lovely. Pool is massive and very clean but unfortunately we didn't have time to use it. Central to everything. Definitely recommend

Only issue for me was the mattresses were super hard. I'm used to sleeping on an ultra plush at home but that is personal preference.

Large room plenty of beds everything we needed and more. Had full sized oven large fridge washing machine air conditioner heaters electric blankets outside verandah fans on roof in bedroom. 1 Double 1 king 3 single beds 2 large couches. Netflix. Pool BBQ area. Close to everything. Tra bags coffee sugar milk plus salt pepper and oil.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean and looking good. The shower and water pressure was amazing. Great location, close to town and shops but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.

The bed was a bit too hard for us.
