The room was great and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of room for our pet with an amazing little enclosure for pets right near the room. Owners very helpful and the motel is close to shops and eateries. Would stay again if travelling through.

Nothing, very happy with room. The only surprise was that booking com does not add the pet fee to the price of the room. We had to include an extra $30 for our pet after booking.

Clean and friendly. Environmentally friendly Instead of long life milk in tiny containers or tetrapaks they have small glass bottles of real milk! Family run - always pleasant.

Close to the aerodrome and a main road so sometimes noisy. We were lucky to get a room well away from the road so the noise was not too bad.

I was vey happy with how pet friendly the place was. Really put my mind at ease to know I could have my dog with me and he was allowed in the room. Room was clean and tidy. Shower was lovely. Bed was comfortable. Very happy and will definitely stay again on my next trip.

Can not fault this motel at all.

Breakfast was delivered hot. Presentation was well above usual motel standard. Staff member delivering even carried trays into room & onto table.(we are elderly)

Cannot think of a thing to improve. We had had a couple of mediocre motel stays & we’re feeling ragged and to find the Sunray so relaxing, gave us the energy to continue. Our trip was not for a holiday but for family concerns.

Beautiful crockery with a decent sized mug. Shower and toilet were excellent after having hip replacement. Great for dog travelling with us. Beautiful grass area for dogs. Rooms very spacious. Staff could not help enough. Nothing was a bother.

Our room was very comfortable and spacious with a small table and chairs and also 2 armchairs. It was spotlessly clean and well supplied including microwave and toaster. Although not in the town centre it is very straight forward to reach by car on the highway and only a few minutes to the town.

Clean and comfortable Meals were huge and value for money

Price was a bit high. Was higher than normal due to Carnival of Flowers which we were not here for. Was still other rooms available so not booked out

The room and bathroom are both very spacious, comfortable with excellent facilities, very clean and with everything you would need, staff is very helpful and friendly, nothing is too much for them, the surroundings are lovely with nice gardens and plants around, rooms are very quiet despite being on a main highway, location is very easy to get to and close to what we needed, parking is good being right in front of unit

only thing would be the heater in the bathroom was not up to the job but it was Toowoomba in early spring so it was cold.

Super comfy bed, lovely colour scheme, newly updated by the looks and loved the giant coffee mugs! The staff were super friendly and the shower hot and spacious. Will definitely stay again!

There was nothing I didn't like about this property, everything exceeded my expecations.

The location was very good it was close to everything we wanted to see.

There were no brochures to other sights, it would have been helpful.
