the lovely lady who I think manages or owns the motel was so good. We turned up a few hours before check-in time and just wanted to ask if we could store our stuff there and go exploring Toowoomba until it was 2PM check in time. The wonderful lady said we could check in now as the room was ready. we were so happy. she also told us about the City Golf Club which has a good lunch and she was 100% correct. free to join the club also and get a few bucks off for lunch prices which are already good value. the lovely lady also told us about the awesome Chinese restaurant right next door to the Motel. Also about the secret path straight from the motel to the restaurant and we loved dinner there too. the lovely lady who I think owns the property and also her staff are very good and they are proud of the motel. it shows. the Motel is simply awesome. thank you. we were 3 old friends riding motorcycles on a 2,000km trip together and this motel was good to stay at.

comfort. silence and quality beds. location also

Our one bedroom unit was bigger than we expected. The living area had a comfortable couch with an easy to use TV. The kitchenette had lots of cupboards with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. There is a great Chinese restaurant next door with a walk way between properties. Sarah was extremely helpful with a noisy upstairs neighbour.

I accidentally booked a spa unit so I was dismayed to see a gigantic triangular spa bath instead of a walk in shower. As the property was fully booked we couldn't be moved so we said we would manage. The bath itself had seen better days and was an accident waiting to happen. Some of the water jets had bits missing and were quite sharp to stand on with the floor uneven. The side of the bath was also so high both my husband and myself had trouble getting in and out with no handle to help. There was no extra blankets or pillows. House keeping was a bit slack.

A lovely spot in Toowoomba. Close to everything you need. Staff were incredible. So lovely and helpful. Our apartment was clean, comfy, cosy and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. thank you so much! Not to mention on site, secure and free parking.

Nothing we didn’t like. Although if I may make a suggestion of installing sheer curtains on the lower level apartment windows for extra tenant privacy. I felt I couldn’t have the curtains open without fear of “peeping Toms”.

Spacious, functional, with super comfy bed and new furniture. Defo recommend.

Did see reception in the morning to extend my stay by another 2 days. I was promised they'd keep me a room and let me know time it would come available, after cleaning (I had to vacate mine). I was said payment would be automatically debited from my card which served for initial payment. I came back in arvo, after reception was closed : couldn't contact anybody, my key wasn't in the safe, they had completely forgotten me. I texted and called the emergency number : am still waiting for their call back. I sorted out another accommodation last minute...

I liked the location, Easy access to city centre if driving. Staff were very kind and friendly Clean room. Size of room and bedrooms. I like it how 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds for kids. Arriving in time for the Festival of flowers was a great start to the week 💐😊Plenty of storage. Had cutlery, Bowls,small plates,glasses and small coffee cups,toaster and microwave.

Shower head very small,pressure is not the best,when you turn on hot water it's hot but then add cold water and it's like there's no hot water left? Had to turn cold water down definitely needs a bigger shower head. It says there's air-conditioning in bedrooms but it's only in lounge area,could definitely do with ceiling fans in bedrooms as air conditioner didn't seem to cool down bedrooms until late into the night. Maybe they could have had a window or 2 opened even to let in cool breeze before we arrived.

Safe shower, (no shower over bath). TV in bedrooms, Rooms very clean. Easy to find being on corner of main street. Close to all the places we wanted to visit with family from UK. Lovely receptionist, only new apparently but so helpful.

When booking online it was not clear that I could have booked apartment with two bedrooms, so I actually booked a two and one bedroom apartment. In future will book direct with Motel. Probably my misunderstanding with on line booking.

Size of the room was great, and it had everything we could have wanted. Location was quiet and the bed was large and comfy. Many motels that have more stars don't include a microwave or toaster and crockery and cutlery so that was a big drawcard for us.

The stairs were a drawback but we coped ok. Lounge was a bit old and uncomfortable for older guests but this was the only thing we could fault in an otherwise great stay.

the staff were super friendly, we needed late check in and the lady was more than accommodating and already had a plan. the room we stayed in was suited for exactly what we needed it for. The price was very reasonable, we would stay again

nothing terrible, there were a couple of spill marks on the bedside table which I was able to clean off, may have just been missed in the clean, overall the property is not the newest but it’s still really good and the price reflects that.

Staff were quick and responsive to requests for accessibility requirements. Comfortable, well laid-out apartment, in a surprisingly quiet location only 5 minutes from the city. Convenient parking.

Bathroom floor became wet and slippery because of poor drainage in the shower. This made the bathroom feel a bit unsafe after the first shower, however spare towels were available to mop up the excess water. The situation was easily managed, though unexpected.

The room was generally clean, the guy in reception had great customer service, the location was easy enough to find with an easy after hours process.

The pillows weren't the greatest, and one of the pillow cases had what looked like spots of old blood on them. There was no hand soap, etc, in any of the dispensers. Which in general didn't both us as we had our own products.
