Laguna Serviced Apartments

The location of Laguna in 7 Aubigny Street, East Toowoomba is great. It is located closed to the Toowoomba Grand Central Shopping Centre. Wonderful restaurants and Cafes are so close. The apartment was super clean. WIFI was perfect and high speed. All you need such as great home appliances are provided. It was amazing. I definitely recommend Laguna to everyone who wants to stay in Toowoomba and definitely will be back there. Thank you for the helpful and supportive staff.

Nothng, everything was over the expectations. I can not mention anything bad in Laguna. It is a wonderful place for short term and long term stay.

It was very nice, only downside was the beds was a little hard for me and the guest accompanied me. Other then that not a complaint what so ever. Very handy little cafe with wonderful food attached to ground floor. Will definitely stay there again in a heartbeat. And possibly will be booking to stay there again somewhere in the near future. Also felt very home like with having a fridge, stove, dishwasher, dryer, washing machine which was all contained in the one apartment. Holiday apartment A+++ thanks heaps.

Beds is all but not that big of an issue what so ever

We stayed at “Laguna on Aubigny” apartments which are 1 bedroom apartments closer to Queens Park. This bespoke complex offers privacy (only 5 units) and off street parking. The apartment was spacious and offered us an opportunity to wash and dry our clothes after a week’s holiday down the coast. A full range of cooking facilities was available and we cooked our own breakfast after purchasing ingredients from the nearby IGA supermarket. The private courtyard and covered patio were perfect for breakfast.

Close to town central Margaret street and Queen’s park for the carnival of Flowers. Quiet area Ground floor had an IGA market, eateries including Japanese and Chinese and bubble tea. Underground parking was a boon. Direct lift access to apartment floor. Apartment was big, clean and airy. Beds were firm with good pillow support. Bathrooms were big and interconnected between the 2 bedrooms. Small area for walk-in closet next to bath room Kitchen facilities were good to cook for a family Loved the washer and dryer

Modern, well equipped apartments with washer & dryer and easy parking. Good location next to a small shopping centre (including an IGA). Cafe (Vegan/Veg) onsite and another 1 min walk away. Easy check in, friendly staff. Wi-fi speed was volatile and Aircon cuts off after 260 mins. Other than that, a great place in a great location and will definitely stay again.

Wifi speed was erratic - sometimes very fast, other times slow. It was OK but lacked consistency. Aircon has been set to cut off after 240 mins which is fine in Spring, but would be very annoying at night in summer. This seemed like a unnecessary cost saving for a apartment which essentially charges hotel prices - think the aircon should be at the discretion of the guest. If you want to control people leaving it on when leaving room perhaps install a 'power off' card near the door rather than force it shutting off at night after 260 mins. Would be very uncomfortable in summer.

Best apartments in Toowoomba. Wonderful staff, great facilities and location.

Amazing customer experience- responsiveness to customer needs, for example, needed beds split a dan extra foldaway bed to cater for our changing needs and all that was done for us in a matter of minutes of asking. The proximity to shops and other key amenities was an added bonus which just makes the Lagna apartment a place of choice. Well done. We have stayed in many places to compare and tLaguna is right up there at topped in cleanliness and presentation.- first impression wow factor! All other guests we met were nice and friendly too!

The parking is a bit phinicky and need convex Mirror for the blind spot drive in/ out

The room was beautifully clean and spacious. We only had an issue with the kitchen tap (the hot/cold sides were reversed) and the dishwasher didn't work, but as we only stayed one night this wasn't too much of a problem. Otherwise the room was more than we expected.

A working dishwasher would have been amazing, and instructions on how to use the fancy convection microwave.

This place was extremely clean and tidy, offering a lovely apartment accessible to underground parking and close-by shops. The bed was comfortable and warm, the bathroom spacious and with an overhead shower head and showering products provided. Overall a lovely stay with Theresa on standby for assistance whenever needed, she was wonderful!

We were very happy with our stay at Laguna Apartments. Entry went smoothly and the apartment was spacious & very clean, with modern, quality appliances. There is a nice cafe downstairs for Breakfast which we used one morning. The building was in a good position for us to visit our friend. The location might be more tricky if you didn't have a car, but as we were driving we were more than happy with the position. I found Theresa to be very helpful. We would definitely stay at Laguna again.
