Well located in North Adelaide- close to local restaurants and coffee shops m etc. hotel is beautifully appointed- very modern. We had two types of rooms during our stay. The two bed room apartment which has a beautiful main bathroom and the main bedroom has an ensuite. All appliances worked well - eg washing machine, dish washer etc etc. the property is a 10 minute walk from the private hospital and also the free metro bus stops a 3 minute walk away . The reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel also included a very comprehensive guide I the room for how to operate the facilities!

I stayed at the property for approx 10 days as my son was having surgery at the private hospital- 10 min walk away. My only issue is that there is very limited storage space in the lovely kitchen - this makes storing groceries difficult as cupboards are very high. The icing on the cake would be a swimming pool as the hotel does not have one although there is an aquatic centre approx 20 minute walk away.

Although a little antiseptic in appearance and although we did not eat in our room,the space available and the comfort of all furniture especially the beds was excellent. The long corridor from entry into the suite was a surprise.Explanations on how to use all the equipment provided was very helpful (perhaps more for other occupants as we ate out). The location was quiet but all we needed was accessible. Staff were more than willing to respond to any needs.

The glass between bedroom and bathroom was not to our liking, even though it is opaque. The door to the shower does not prevent water from coming on to the bathroom floor.

Location is a short walk to O'Connell St North Adelaide, where you will find many restaurants, pubs, and public transport. Close to Adelaide Oval and Festival Centre for sport enthusiasts, concert lovers and theatre buffs. Car parking is secure and able to fit our Ranger Duel Cab comfortably.

Our lounge suite wasn't very comfy for two people in a one bedroom apartment. Have stayed in a two bedroom with four people and the same thing, it wasn't comfy all sitting side by side. You are under the flight path to Adelaide Airport, so, planes going over. Doesn't bother me though.

We were a wedding party, and staff were very helpful with our various requests while our room was turned into a bridal suite. Our two rooms were clean, spacious and well-equipped, and the location was brilliant. We were in a beautiful historic area of North Adelaide, and adjacent to restaurants and cafes and free buses to the city and Adelaide Central Market.

We had to pay a $100 security bond per room, which did not seem to be included in the conditions when we booked in booking.com. The pending bond was not removed until a week after we left Majestic M.

Really nice room, really clean, and stayed warm overnight in the middle of June. Good kitchen & cooking facilities, easily covered the basics. The bed was comfy and we slept well on the first night (that never happens!). Quite a few coffee and dining options a short walk away, as well as a supermarket. Secure parking was accessible by elevator.

Facilities were nice but no dining options on site unlike hotels. Car garage was slightly difficult to drive in and out of but we managed to navigate ok. There was plenty of parking spots available, it is ~$25 a day but that's normal for this area.

Handy to the bus stop, supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Comfy bed and sofa. Good servicing of room. Good big fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine/drier. A useful feature was the ability to set up the washing and drying, and just leave machine to do it all while we were out.

Having a glass window between the bedroom and bathroom meant that if someone was in the bathroom too much |light shone into the bedroom. Also no oven mitts to get hot dishes out of the oven.

Majestic M Suites was in an amazing location, the room had two TVs which were easy to connect to. My partner and I got the spa room which was far from a spa, I personally would save my money and not do that again as it was definitely a bath for 1 5'2 individual, however the actual room was so nice!

I felt as if we were misinformed about the 'spa suite' and just paid extra for a small bath to be in the bathroom. The iron was also filthy and stained my partners suit shirt, however when we called reception they brought us a new one ASAP.

No breakfast was included but there were plenty of groceries or cafes within 5 minutes walk. The property is located about 25 minutes walk to the city but there are plenty of buses reached within 5 minutes. The upside is clearly peace and tranquillity and beautiful residential neighbourhood. There are many good restaurants literally around the corner. The entire facility is of high standard and well fitted for an apartment with all necessary appliances including food preparation and laundry. This is an excellent option if you desire space and some home comfort.

This rather new property is located under the flight path but thankfully flights are rare and prohibited during the night. The WIFI worked but had to be logged onto the account every time you used it.

Loved the design of the apartment, very modern and luxurious with opaque glass doors kind of Japanese feel separating the living area from the bedroom. There was another glass window opening up to the bathtub which was a really nice feature, Bath was deep, I didn't use it though. Everything was spotless and they came and made the bed up which I didn't expect but was good. The rest of the facilities were amazing, full bar fridge with wine, beer, soft drinks, chocolates and cookies etc which weren't too expensive. There is a small courtyard that had a high privacy wall that backed on to houses which I thought was nice unlike some apartments where you are looking at tall concrete buildings. Close to some really good restaurants lots of different kinds of food choices to chose from. The facade of the building is amazing with it being planted out with all kinds of interesting plants. Park only a few metres away, close to the city.

The oven was problem, there was a timer that went of every 1.5 minutes for the duration I stayed there which was really annoying as it beeped 4 times every couple of minutes. The staff tried to fix it but was not fixable over the weekend. The pillows on the bed were very big and puffy and hard, I think they were made of memory foam but they were also heavy, not used to this.

This was the best serviced apartment I have stayed in. The apartment was gorgeous, it was spotlessly clean and very well laid out. The bathrooms were great - I appreciated the lighting over the mirror where you do your make up. Loved that there was an ironing board. The mini bar selection was so thoughtful with full sized bottles of wine and a great selection. The coffee machine was fabulous - filled with water and ready to go, and it had a milk attachment which many places leave off. The teas were lovely too. Location was outstanding. Will definitely be staying again.

The mattress could have been a bit harder. It was too soft for me.
